Claims (9)
- 보호될 정보를 갖는 회로가 형성되어 있는 제 1 평면 및 상기 제 1 평면을 한 측면쪽으로 커버하는 제 2 평면을 가지며, 상기 제 2 평면에 의해 제 1 평면이 집적 회로의 외부로부터 얻어질 수 있으며, 상기 제 2 평면에서 적어도 하나의 전류원(1)에 연결된 네트워크(2)가 다수의 노드(3)로 형성되도록 구성된 집적 회로에 있어서,적어도 노드의 일부가 개별 노드로부터 전달된 전류의 목표값 설정값 비교를 위해 수단(4)에 연결되며,네트워크(2)는 적어도 하나의 전류원(1)으로부터 네트워크로 입력 전류를 공급할 때 목표값 실제값 비교를 위한 수단(4)에 연결된 각각의 노드에서 특징적인 출력 전류가 얻어질 수 있으며,목표값 실제값 비교를 위한 수단(4)에 의해 개별 노드의 특징적인 출력 전류로부터의 편차가 나타날 때 제 1 평면의 회로 내에 저장된 정보가 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 노드(3) 간의 네트워크(2)에는 다수의 저항(5) 및/또는 커패시턴스 및/또는 인덕턴스가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 네트워크는 폴리실리콘층의 도핑에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 네트워크는 n 도핑 또는 p 도핑으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,목표값 실제값 비교를 위한 수단(4)으로서 연산 증폭기가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
- 제 1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 전류원(1)은 가변성 입력 신호(6)를 네트워크로 공급하기 위한 신호 제너레이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
- 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 전류원이 전류를 공급하기 위해 적어도 일부의 노드(3)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
- 제 6항 또는 7항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 전류원(1)이 입력 신호의 값을 전달하기 위해 개별 노드의 예상될 출력 신호를 계산하기 위한 적어도 하나의 계산 수단(7)에 접속되고, 적어도 하나의 계산 수단은 목표값 실제값 비교를 위한 수단(4)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
- 제 1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,목표값 실제값 비교를 위한 수단(4)은 목표값으로부터의 편차가 검출될 때 회로의 리셋이 야기되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 회로.
