Claims (6)
- 폴리뉴클레오티드를 서열화하는 방법으로 다음 단계들로 이루어진 방법:(i) 효소 활성에 적합한 조건하에서, 표적 폴리뉴클레오티드를 헬리카제/프리마제 효소를 반응시키는 단계; 및(ii) 조사를 측정하여 표적상에 효소와 뉴클레오티드간의 상호작용을 탐지하는 단계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조사는 전자기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
