Claims (5)
- 용융 압출기(3)에서 공급되는 기질 폴리에스테르와 용융 혼련 압출기(4)에서 공급되는 첨가제가 함유된 개질 폴리에스테르를 합류시킨 후, 합류된 두 가지 폴리에스테르 용융물을 희석, 균일 분산 분배시킨 다음 섬유를 방사하는 방사공정에 있어서, 용융 혼련 압출기(4)에 개질용 폴리에스테르 칩 공급 호퍼(2)와는 별도로 용융된 개질용 폴리에스테르에 첨가제를 공급하는 첨가제 공급장치(5)를 부설하고, 1단계로 용융 혼련 압출기(4)에서 고농도 분산시킨 개질 폴리에스테르 용융물을 계량펌프(6)에 의하여 최종 섬유제품이 목적하는 첨가제 함량을 가질 수 있도록 합류지점(7-1)으로 정량 공급한 다음, 용융 압출기의 선단부(7-2)와 정지형 교반기(9)에 의하여 2단계로 희석시키고 균일 분산 분배시킴을 특징으로 하는 첨가제가 함유된 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 기질 폴리에스테르와 합류지점(7-1)에서 합류하는 개질 폴리에스테르에 함유되어 있는 첨가제의 함량이 최종 섬유제품에 함유된 첨가제 함량의 4∼30배가 되도록 기질 폴리에스테르 공급량(A)과 개질 폴리에스테르 공급량(B)의 비율(A:B)을 중량비로 3:1∼29:1로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제가 함유된 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 합류지점(7-1)에서 기질 폴리에스테르와 합류하는 개질폴리에스테르는 최종 섬유제품에 함유된 첨가제 함량이 0.02∼5.0중량%가 되도록 계량펌프(6)를 이용하여 이송 공급함을 특징으로 하는 첨가제가 함유된 폴리에스테르섬유의 제조 방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 합류지점(7-1)은 기질용 폴리에스테르칩 공급 호퍼(1)을 통해 공급된 폴리에스테르칩이 용융 압출기(3)의 이송단계와 용융단계 직후에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제가 함유된 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조 방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 용융물이 정지형 교반기(9)를 통과하면서 발생하는 압력손실이 5.0∼50.0kg/㎠ 범위 이내의 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 첨가제가 함유된 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조 방법.
