Abstract

본 발명에서는 플래셔 유닛, 후진 표시수단, 방향전환 표시수단, 유턴 표시수단이 포함된다. 플래셔 유닛은 축전지의 공급받은 전원을 주기적으로 단속하여 좌측 후진등과 우측 후진등, 좌측방향 지시등과 우측방향 지시등을 온작동시킨다. 후진 표시수단은 후진 스위치를 온시킴에 따라 좌측 후진등과 우측 후진등을 점등한다. 방향전환 표시수단은 방향전환 스위치의 입력 단자와 좌측 단자를 접속하여 좌측방향 지시등이 점멸되고, 입력 단자와 우측 단자를 접속하여 우측방향 지시등이 점멸된다. 비상 표시수단은 비상 스위치를 온시킴에 따라 상기 좌측방향 지시등과 상기 우측방향 지시등을 동시에 점멸시킨다. 유턴 표시수단은 방향전환 스위치의 입력 단자와 유턴 단자를 접속했을 때 제 1다이오드를 거쳐 좌측 후진등과 우측 후진등을 연동시키는 동시에, 제 2다이오드를 거쳐 상기 좌측방향 지시등을 점멸시킨다. 본 발명은 차량의 유턴시 좌회전 차량과 차별하여 좌측방향 지시등과 함게 좌측 후진등과 우측 후진등을 점멸시킨다.

Description

후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴표시장치{U-TURN INDICATIVE FUNCTION FOR AUTOMOBILE USE OF TURN SIGNAL LAMP AND BARK-UP LAMP}
본 발명은 후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴표시장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량은 일정한 규칙에 따라 운행하게 되기 때문에 다른 차량이나 보행자에 대하여 진행 의사를 밝히는 것으로, 이에는 후진등과 방향 지시등, 차폭등, 비상등 및 번호판 등이 구비되어 사용하고 있다.
이중, 후진등과 방향 지시등 및 비상등에 대한 종래의 회로 구성은 첨부 도면 도 1에 도시된 바와 같다.
이에 개시된 바와 같이, 플래셔 유닛(100)은 축전지(102)로부터 공급받은 전원을 주기적으로 단속하게 된 것으로, 플래셔 유닛(100)은 후진 스위치(104)와 방향전환 스위치(106) 및 비상 스위치(108)와 접속된 구조였었다. 후진 스위치(104)는 좌측 후진등(110)과 우측 후진등(112)에 접속되고, 방향전환 스위치(106)는 좌측방향 지시등(114)과 우측방향 지시등(116)에 접속되어 있었다. 방향전환 스위치(106)는 입력 단자(106a)와 좌측 단자(106b) 및 우측 단자(106c)가 제공되었다.
이와 같은 종래 구성에서는, 차량의 주행도중 운전자는 방향전환 스위치(106)를 조작하여 진행 방향을 선택한다. 즉, 방향전환 스위치(106)의 입력 단자(106a)가 좌측 단자(106b)와 접속했을 때 좌측방향 지시등(114)이 주기적으로점멸되고, 방향전환 스위치(106)의 입력 단자(106a)가 우측 단자(106c)와 접촉되었을 때 우측방향 지시등(116)이 주기적으로 점멸되면서 자기 차량의 진행 방향을 알려주었고, 운전자가 비상 스위치(108)를 온시켰을 때에는 좌측방향 지시등(114)과 우측방향 지시등(116)이 동시에 점멸되어 후방의 차량에 위험을 알려주었다. 한편, 운전자가 후진기어(도시안됨)의 조작에 의해 후진 스위치(104)를 온시키면, 좌측 후진등(110)과 우측 후진등(112)이 동시에 점등되어 차량이 후진되고 있음을 알려 준다.
그러나 차량의 주행도중 유턴을 하고자 할 때, 별도의 유턴 기능이 차량에 구비되어 있지 않기 때문에 좌측방향 지시등(114)을 주기적으로 점멸하면서 유턴 기능을 수행했었다. 이에 따라, 좌회전을 위한 차량이나 유턴을 위한 차량은 도로의 1차선에서 똑같이 좌측방향 지시등(114)을 점멸하면서 각각의 동작을 수행해야만 했었고, 후방에 따라오던 차량의 운전자는 앞선 차량의 의도가 좌회전인지 우회전인지 분간할 수 없어 추돌의 우려가 발생했었다.
따라서 본 발명은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 기술적 과제는 좌회전 차량과 구별하여 유턴 기능시 좌방향 지시등과 함께 좌측 후진등과 우측 후진등이 동시에 점등되게 할 수 있는 후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴표시장치를 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명은 축전지로부터 공급받은 전원을 주기적으로 단속하여 좌측 후진등과 우측 후진등, 좌측방향 지시등과 우측방향 지시등을 온작동시키도록 플래셔 유닛이 구비된 차량에 있어서, 후진 스위치를 온시킴에 따라 상기 좌측 후진등과 상기 우측 후진등을 점등하는 후진 표시수단; 방향전환 스위치의 입력 단자와 좌측 단자를 접속하여 상기 좌측방향 지시등이 점멸되고, 상기 입력 단자와 우측 단자를 접속하여 상기 우측방향 지시등이 점멸되는 방향전환 표시수단; 비상 스위치를 온시킴에 따라 상기 좌측방향 지시등과 상기 우측방향 지시등을 동시에 점멸시키는 비상 표시수단; 및 상기 방향전환 스위치의 입력 단자와 유턴 단자를 접속했을 때 제 1다이오드를 거쳐 상기 좌측 후진등과 상기 우측 후진등을 연동시키는 동시에, 제 2다이오드를 거쳐 상기 좌측방향 지시등을 점멸시키는 유턴 표시수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은, 상기 제 1다이오드는 상기 방향전환 스위치의 상기 유턴 단자로부터 상기 좌측 후진등과 상기 우측 후진등의 방향으로만 전원을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은, 상기 제 2다이오드는 상기 방향전환 스위치의 유턴 단자로부터 상기 좌측방향 지시등의 방향으로만 전원을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
도 1은 종래 기술에서 차량에 제공된 방향 지시등, 비상등 및 후진등의 작동 상태를 전체적으로 보여준 회로도;
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴표시장치를 보인 회로도; 및
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 방향전환 스위치의 대략적인 작동 상태도이다.

이하, 본 발명에 대한 바람직한 실수예는 첨부된 도 2와 도 3에 의거하여 자세히 기술하고자 한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴표시장치를 보인 회로도이다. 이에 되된 바와 같이, 차량(도시안됨)에는 플래셔 유닛(10)이 제공된다. 플래셔 유닛(10)은 축전지(12)로부터 공급받은 전원을 주기적으로 단속하여 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22), 좌측방향 지시등(24)과 우측방향 지시등(26)을 온작동시킨다.
차량에는 후진 표시수단, 방향전환 표시수단, 비상 표시수단, 유턴 표시수단이 포함된다.
후진 표시수단은 후진 스위치(14)를 온시킴에 따라 플래셔 유닛(10)은 전원을 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22)에 인가하여 점등시킨다.
방향전환 표시수단은 방향전환 스위치(16)와 좌측방향 지시등(24) 및 우측방향 지시등(26)이 포함된다. 방향전환 스위치(16)는 입력 단자(16a)와 좌측 단자(16b) 및 우측 단자(16c)를 포함한다. 입력 단자(16a)와 좌측 단자(16b)가 접속되어 좌측방향 지시등(24)을 점멸하고, 입력 단자(16a)와 우측 단자(16c)가 접속되어 우측방향 지시등(26)을 점멸한다.
비상 표시수단은 비상 스위치(18)가 제공된다. 비상 스위치(18)가 온되면, 플래셔 유닛(10)의 단속에 의해 축전지(12)의 전원이 좌측방향 지시등(24)과 우측방향 지시등(26)에 전원을 인가시켜 동시에 점멸시킨다.
유턴 표시수단은 유턴 단자(16d)와 제 1다이오드(28) 및 제 2다이오드(30)를 포함한다. 유턴 단자(16d)는 방향전환 스위치(16)에 제공된다. 방향전환 스위치(16)의 입력 단자(16a)와 유턴 단자(16d)를 접속했을 때, 플래셔 유닛(10)에 의해 단속된 전원은 제 1다이오드(28)를 거쳐 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22)을 연동시킨다. 이와 동시에, 전원은 제 2다이오드(30)를 거쳐 상기 좌측방향 지시등(24)을 점멸시킨다. 제 1다이오드(28)는 방향전환 스위치(16)의 유턴 단자(16d)로부터 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22)의 방향으로만 전원을 통과시킨다. 제 2다이오드는 방향전환 스위치(16)의 유턴 단자로부터 좌측방향 지시등(24)의 방향으로만 전원을 통과시킨다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 작용에 대한 설명은 다음과 같다.
자동차의 주행도중, 운전자는 방향전환 스위치(16)를 조작하여 입력 단자(16a)와 좌측 단자(16b)가 서로 접속되게 하면, 플래셔 유닛(10)의 단속에 따라 축전지(12)의 전원이 통과되어 좌측방향 지시등(24)을 주기적으로 점멸시키면서 좌회전을 수행한다. 반면에, 운전자는 방향전환 스위치(16)의 입력 단자(16a)를 우측 단자(16c)와 서로 접속하면, 플래셔 유닛(10)의 단속에 따라 축전지(12)의 전원이 통과되어 우측방향 지시등(26)을 주기적으로 점멸시키면서 우회전을 수행한다.
한편, 운전자는 후진 스위치(14)를 온시킴으로써 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22)을 동시에 점등시킨다. 이 상태에서, 운전자는 자신의 차량을 후진됨을 후방의 차량에 인식시켜 준다.
아울러, 운전자는 비상 스위치(18)를 온시킴으로써, 앞서 설명된 방향전환 스위치(16)와는 달리, 좌측방향 지시등(24)과 우측방향 지시등(26)을 동시에 점멸시킨다. 이에 따라, 자신의 차량 후방 및 측방에 위치한 차량에게 급 브레이크 등의 위험 상황을 알린다.
특히, 차량의 주행도중 유턴을 하고자 할 경우, 운전자는 방향전환 스위치(16)의 입력 단자(16a)를 유턴 단자(16d)와 접속시킨다. 그러면, 축전지(12)의 전원은 플래셔 유닛(10)의 단속에 따라 입력 단자(16a), 유턴 단자(16d)를 통해제 1다이오드(28) 및 제 2다이오드(30)로 입력된다. 제 1다이오드(28)는 방향전환 스위치(16)로부터 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22)의 방향으로만 전원이 통과된다. 제 1다이오드(28)는 좌측 후진등(20) 및 우측 후진등(22)이 점등될 경우 좌측방향 지시등(24)이 동시에 점등되는 것을 방지한다. 제 2다이오드(30)는 방향전환 스위치(16)로부터 좌측방향 지시등(24)의 방향으로만 전원이 통과되도록 한 특성이 있다. 즉, 제 2다이오드(30)는 비상 스위치(18)가 작동될 때 좌측 후진등(20) 및 우측 후진등(22)이 동시에 점멸되는 것을 예방한다. 이 때문에, 제 1다이오드(28)에 입력된 전원은 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22)을 동시에 점등시킨다. 이와 동시에, 제 2다이오드(30)로 입력된 전원은 좌측방향 지시등(24)을 점멸시킨다. 그러면, 후방의 운전자는 좌측방향 지시등(24)과, 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22)이 동시에 점등되는 것을 인지하여 유턴 차량임을 알게 된다.
참고로, 도 3에서와 같이 방향전환 스위치(16)의 작동 상태를 대략적으로 살펴 본다. 이에 도시된 바와 같이 방향전환 스위치(16)가 "중립" 위치일 때에는 어느 방향도 표시하지 않은 상태이다. "중립" 상태에서 방향전환 스위치(16)가 도 3의 "좌측" 위치로 이동시켰을 때에는 방향전환 스위치(16)의 입력 단자(16a)와 좌측 단자(16b)가 접속되어 좌측방향 지시등(24)을 점멸시키며, "중립" 상태에서 도 3의 "우측" 위치로 방향전환 스위치(16)를 이동시켰을 때에는 방향전환 스위치(16)의 입력 단자(16a)와 우측 단자(16C)가 접속되어 우측방향 지시등(26)을 점멸시키는 것이다. 아울러, 도 3에서와 같이, "중립과 좌측" 및 "중립과 우측"과의 사이에는 방향전환 스위치(16)의 자동 복귀 구간이 된다.
특히, 도 3의 "유턴" 위치에 방향전환 스위치(16)을 이동시키면, 방향전환 스위치(16)의 입력 단자(16a)는 유턴 단자(16d)와 접속되어 좌측 후진등(20)과 우측 후진등(22)은 점등시키고, 좌측방향 지시등(24)은 동시에 점멸시킨다.
이상에서 상세히 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명 후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴표시장치에 따르면, 차량의 주행도중 유턴을 하고자 할경우, 운전자는 방향전환 스위치의 입력 단자와 유턴 단자를 서로 접속시켜 플래셔 유닛에 의해 단속된 축전지의 전원이 제 1다이오드를 통해 인가되어 좌측 후진등과 우측 후진등을 점등시키는 동시에, 제 2다이오드를 통해 전원이 인가되어 좌측방향 지시등을 함께 점멸시킴으로써, 좌측방향 지시등만을 점멸시키는 좌회전 차량과 구별되어 교차로 등에서 일어날 수 있는 혼란에 의한 안전 사고의 위험을 예방할 수 있고, 유턴을 위한 별도의 표시등이 필요없는 등의 효과가 있는 발명이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 축전지의 공급받은 전원을 주기적으로 단속하여 좌측 후진등과 우측 후진등, 좌측방향 지시등과 우측방향 지시등을 온작동시키도록 플래셔 유닛이 구비된 차량에 있어서,
    후진 스위치(14)를 온시킴에 따라 상기 좌측 후진등(20)과 상기 우측 후진등(22)을 점등하는 후진 표시수단;
    방향전환 스위치(16)의 입력 단자(16a)와 좌측 단자(16b)를 접속하여 상기 좌측방향 지시등(24)이 점멸되고, 상기 입력 단자(16a)와 우측 단자(16c)를 접속하여 상기 우측방향 지시등(26)이 점멸되는 방향전환 표시수단;
    비상 스위치(18)를 온시킴에 따라 상기 좌측방향 지시등(24)과 상기 우측방향 지시등(26)을 동시에 점멸시키는 비상 표시수단; 및
    상기 방향전환 스위치(16)의 입력 단자(16a)와 유턴 단자(16d)를 접속했을 때 제 1다이오드(28)를 거쳐 상기 좌측 후진등(20)과 상기 우측 후진등(22)을 연동시키는 동시에, 제 2다이오드(30)를 거쳐 상기 좌측방향 지시등(24)을 점멸시키는 유턴 표시수단
    을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴표시장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1다이오드(28)는
    상기 방향전환 스위치(16)의 상기 유턴 단자(16d)로부터 상기 좌측 후진등(20)과 상기 우측 후진등(22)의 방향으로만 전원을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴 표시장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2다이오드(30)는
    상기 방향전환 스위치(16)의 유턴 단자(16d)로부터 상기 좌측방향 지시등(24)의 방향으로만 전원을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 후진등과 방향 지시등을 이용한 차량의 유턴 표시장치.
