Claims (4)
- 전면유리기판(1), 투명전극(2), 투명유전체(3), 보호막(4)이 배치된 상판과 이에 대응한 하판사이에 격벽(8)으로 독립된 방전셀(11)을 구성하는 플라즈마 표시소자에 있어서, 하판의 배면유리기판(5)을 절삭 혹은 성형가공하여 홈(5a)과 유리격벽(13)을 형성하고 유리격벽(13)사이의 홈(5a)에 금속전극(6), 백색유전체(7), 형광체(9)를 배치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 전광판용 교류구동형 플라즈마 표시소자
- 제1항 있어서, 배면유리기판(5)의 유리격벽(13)사이의 홈(5a)에 형광체(9)만을 형성하고 배면유리기판(5) 저면에 금속전극(6)을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 전광판용 교류구동형 플라즈마 표시소자
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 형광체(9)를 삼파장 백색형광체로 도포시켜 LCD용 백라이트 및 평면램프용 PDP소자로 사용될수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전광판용 교류구동형 플라즈마 표시소자
- 전면유리기판(1), 투명전극(2), 투명유전체(3), 보호막(4)이 배치된 상판과 이에 대응한 하판 사이에 독립된 방전셀(11)을 구성하는 격벽(8)을 형성하되 하판의 배면유리기판(5)에 소정간격으로 홈(5a)을 만들어 그 홈(5a)사이에 자연적으로 유리격벽(13)이 일체로 형성되게 한것을 특징으로 하는 전광판용 교류구동형 플라즈마 표시소자의 제조방법
