Claims (3)
- 플래쉬 버트 용접에서의 용접대상소재간의 용접불량여부를 검출 및 판단하는 장치에 있어서,용접 대상 소재간의 용접에 따라 용접부의 표면을 트리밍하는 용접 비드 트리머와,상기 용접 직후 용접부의 적외선 프로파일을 측정하는 카메라와,상기 카메라를 통해서 얻어진 적외선 프로파일을 소정 시간별로 저장하는 데이터 기억부와,상기 데이터 기억부에 저장된 적외선 프로파일데이터를 분석하여 용접부 열영향부 폭을 산출하는 폭 산출회로부와,상기 산출된 용접부 열영향부폭 데이터를 바탕으로 사전 설정된 중심선에 대한 좌우 비대칭성 계수를 계산하여 그 결과에 따라 정렬불량여부를 판단하는 정렬불량판단부를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플래쉬 버트 용접에서의 정렬불량 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카메라는 상기 용접부의 온도분포에 따른 각 지점에서의 적외선 프로파일을 측정하는 적외선 라인 CCD카메라인 것을 특징으로 하는 플래쉬 버트 용접에서의 정렬불량검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬불량판단부에서는 상기 산출된 용접부 열영향부폭 데이터를 바탕으로 사전 설정된 중심선에 대한 좌우 비대칭성 계수가 10%이상인 경우에는 정렬불량으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플래쉬 버트 용접에서의 정렬불량검출장치.
