Abstract
내시경내에서의 길이는 내시경을 통해서 관찰된 상의 오류로 눈짐작으로 확인할 수 없으며, 내시경용 관의 직경이 제한되어 있어 적당한 자의 삽입이 곤란하여 삽입후 벌어져서 원하는 각도에서의 길이를 측정한 후 다시 펴서 제거 할 수 있는 자를 개발하였다
Description
눈짐작을 통하는 방법을 사용하던지 혹은 삽관의 직경보다 작은 물건의 길이(예를 들어 5mm)병변에 대어 보고 이것에 비교하여 상대적인 길이를 측정하였으나 병변이 시야에 비스듬히 위치한 경우나 5mm 보다 훨씬 큰 경우 많은 오차가 있어 왔다.
1.내시경 시야에 들어 갈 수 있도록 함
2. 병변의 위치에 따라 각도가 변형될 수 있도록 함
긴 대롱 끝에 달려있는 자가 회전할 수 있으며, 철사가 그 회전 각도를 조절할수 있다

병변의 정확한 길이 측정으로 정확한 진단

- 내시경용 관에 곤란하여 삽입후 벌어져서 원하는 각도에서의 길이를 측정한 후 다시 모양이 바뀌어 관을 통해 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 자
