Claims (22)
- 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 부가된 중합체 주쇄를 가지며 하기 화학식에 따른 불규칙한 반복 단위로 표현되는 중합체(a)를 포함하는 중합체 조성물:상기 식에서,R1은 H 또는 CH3을 나타내고,R2는 H, 알킬, 또는 시클로알킬을 나타내며,L은 2가 결합기를 나타내고,A는 펜던트 양이온 염형성 기를 갖는 하나 이상의 반복 단위를 포함하는 반복 단위를 나타내고,x는 10 내지 90 중량%를 나타내며,y는 90 내지 10 중량%를 나타낸다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 양이온 염형성 부위가 아민 작용기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, A가 양이온 염형성 부위를 갖는 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체로부터 유도된 양이온 염형성 부위를 갖는 반복 단위를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반복 단위 A의 펜던트 양이온 염형성 부위가 산과의 염을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 펜던트 양이온 염형성 부위가 3차 아민기임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 3차 아민기가 디메틸아미노에틸임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 수평균 분자량이 약 2000 내지 100,000 임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 수평균 분자량이 약 10,000 내지 60,000 임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, meq(밀리당량) 범위가 0.5 내지 2.0 임을 특징으로 하는중합체 조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, meq 범위가 0.8 내지 1.5 임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 부가된 중합체 주쇄를 가지며 하기 화학식에 따른 불규칙한 반복 단위로 표현되는 중합체(a), 카르바메이트기와 반응하는 복수 작용기를 갖는 화합물(b)의 수성 분산액을 포함하며, 펜던트 양이온 염형성기를 갖는 반복 단위 A가 산과 반응하는 음극 전기피복 코팅 조성물:상기 식에서,R1은 H 또는 CH3을 나타내고,R2는 H, 알킬, 또는 시클로알킬을 나타내며,L은 2가 결합기를 나타내고,A는 펜던트 양이온 염형성 기를 갖는 하나 이상의 반복 단위를 포함하는 반복 단위를 나타내고,x는 10 내지 90 중량%를 나타내며,y는 90 내지 10 중량%를 나타낸다.
- 제 11항에 있어서, A가 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 음극 전기피복 코팅 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, A가 펜던트 양이온 염형성 부위를 갖는 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체로부터 유도된 펜던트 양이온 염형성 부위를 갖는 반복 단위를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 음극 전기피복 코팅 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 펜던트 양이온 염형성 부위가 산과의 염을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 음극 전기피복 코팅 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 양이온 염형성 부위가 3차 아민임을 특징으로 하는 음극 전기피복 코팅 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 중합체(a)의 수평균 분자량이 약 10,000 내지 60,000 임을 특징으로 하는 음극 전기피복 코팅 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 중합체(a)의 meq(밀리당량) 범위가 0.5 내지 2.0 임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 1) 전도성 기판을, 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 부가된 중합체 주쇄를 갖고 하기 화학식에 따른 불규칙한 반복 단위로 표현되는 중합체(a) 및 카르바메이트기와 반응하는 복수 작용기를 갖는 화합물(b)을 수성 매질 형태로 포함하는 코팅 조성물 내에 침지시키는 단계;2) 양극과 전도성 기판 사이에 전압을 인가하는 단계; 및3) 기판을 코팅 조성물로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 음극 전착 방법:상기 식에서,R1은 H 또는 CH3을 나타내고,R2는 H, 알킬, 또는 시클로알킬을 나타내며,L은 2가 결합기를 나타내고,A는 산과 반응하는 펜던트 양이온 염형성기를 갖는 하나 이상의 반복 단위를 포함하는 반복 단위를 나타내며,x는 10 내지 90 중량%를 나타내고,y는 90 내지 10 중량%를 나타낸다.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 기판을 세정시키는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 200 내지 300℉에서 기판을 소성시키는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 전도성 기판이 금속을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 금속이 알루미늄 및 강철로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
