Abstract

본 발명은 자동 파킹회로를 구비한 차량용 와이퍼에 관한 것으로, 와이퍼의 작동 중 시동을 오프 하여도 일정시간동안 전원을 공급시켜 정 위치에 멈추게 하여 미관을 해치거나 후방 글래스의 오픈이 불가능해지는 것을 방지함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 키스위치(1)의 IG단자에 연결된 릴레이(2)를 통해 작동되어 모터에 전원을 공급하는 통전부(3)와, 모터의 회전속도와 간격 등을 와이퍼 스위치의 신호를 매개로 제어하는 컨트롤 유니트(4)로 크게 구성되되, 상기 키스위치(1)에 연결된 배터리의 B+단자에 키스위치(1)의 릴레이(2)와 통전부(3)사이에는 릴레이(2)에 의해 접점이 연결되는 서브통전수단(10)이 연결됨과 더불어 이 서브통전수단(10)의 전원을 차단하도록 컨트롤 유니트(4)로 연결되는 차단수단(20)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

자동 파킹회로를 구비한 차량용 와이퍼{An automotive wiper having auto parking circuit}
본 발명은 자동 파킹회로를 구비한 차량용 와이퍼에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 와이퍼의 작동 중 시동을 오프(OFF)하여도 일정시간동안 전원을 공급시켜 정 위치에 멈추게 할 수 있도록 한 자동 파킹회로를 구비한 차량용 와이퍼에 관한것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 와이퍼 장치는 유리면에 뭍은 이물질을 제거하여 운전자의 시야를 확보하거나 우천 시나 적설 시에 주행시야를 지속적으로 확보하기 위하여 와이퍼 모터를 통해 반복적인 각 운동을 하게 된다.
즉, 와이퍼 모터의 회전력을 와이퍼 아암을 통해 전달받아 와이퍼 블레이드의 고무면이 유리면에 압착된 상태로 윈드 실드의 유리면을 닦아내어 주행시야를 확보하여 주게 되는데, 이러한 와이퍼는 와이퍼 스위치의 조작에 의해 통상 단계별로 저속 및 고속모드로 선택되어 그 속도를 외부상황에 따라 조절할 수 있게됨은 물론이다.
이와 같은 와이퍼를 조작하고 제어하기 위한 와이퍼회로는 본 발명을 도시한 도1에 도시된 바와 같이, 배터리의 전원을 통전시켜 엔진을 작동하는 키스위치(1)의 IG단자에 의해 작동되어 모터에 전원을 공급하는 릴레이(2)에 연결된 통전부(3)와, 이 통전부(3)에 의해 전원을 공급받아 작동되는 모터의 회전속도와 간격등을 와이퍼 스위치의 신호를 매개로 제어하는 컨트롤 유니트(4)로 크게 구성되어진다.
그러나, 이러한 와이퍼 회로는 와이퍼 스위치가 온 된 상태에서 시동을 오프하게 되면 와이퍼 모터는 회전을 중지하여 와이퍼 블레이드가 윈드실드의 중앙부근에서 정지되어 시야를 방해하는 경우를 발생하게 되어있다.
즉, 키 박스의 키 스위치(1)의 IG단자로부터 전원을 공급받은 와이퍼 모터는 엔진의 시동을 오프 하면 작동 중에도 즉시 동작을 멈추게 되어, 윈드실드의 와이퍼 블레이드가 정 위치인 유리 면을 벗어난 위치가 아닌 유리 면 부위에 위치함에따라 전방의 시야를 방해하는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 일부 차량(현대자동차의 SM차종)의 경우 와이퍼의 정지 위치가 유리 면 부위에 위치하게되면 후방글래스의 오픈(Open)이 불가능하게 되는 문제가 있게된다.
이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 점을 감안하여 발명된 것으로, 와이퍼의 작동 중 시동을 오프 하여도 일정시간동안 전원을 공급시켜 정 위치에 멈추게 하여 미관을 해치거나 후방 글래스의 오픈이 불가능해지는 것을 방지함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 키스위치의 IG단자에 연결된 릴레이를 통해 작동되어 모터에 전원을 공급하는 통전부와, 모터의 회전속도와 간격 등을 와이퍼 스위치의 신호를 매개로 제어하는 컨트롤 유니트로 크게 구성되되, 상기 키스위치에 연결된 배터리의 B+단자에 키스위치의 릴레이와 통전부사이에는 릴레이에 의해 접점이 연결되는 서브통전수단이 연결됨과 더불어 이 서브통전수단의 전원을 차단하도록 컨트롤 유니트로 연결되는 차단수단이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하 본 발명의 실시예를 첨부된 예시도면을 참조로 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 자동 파킹회로를 구비한 차량용 와이퍼의 부분 회로도를 도시한 것인바, 본 발명은 전술한 종래의 경우와 같이 키스위치(1)의 IG단자에 연결된 릴레이(2)를 통해 작동되어 모터에 전원을 공급하는 통전부(3)와, 모터의 회전속도와 간격등을 와이퍼 스위치의 신호를 매개로 제어하는 컨트롤 유니트(4)로 크게 구성되되, 상기 키스위치(1)에 연결된 배터리의 B+단자에 키스위치(1)의 릴레이(2)와 통전부(3)사이에는 릴레이(2)에 의해 접점이 연결되는 서브통전수단(10)이 연결됨과 더불어 이 서브통전수단(10)의 전원을 차단하도록 컨트롤 유니트(4)로 연결되는 차단수단(20)이 구비되어진다.
여기서, 상기 서브통전수단(10)은 키스위치(1)에 연결된 릴레이(2)에 배터리의 B+전원을 통전부(3)로 연결시키는 릴레이(10a)와, 이 릴레이(10a)와 배터리의 B+전원 사이에 병렬 연결된 제너다이오드(10b)로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 차단수단(20)은 배터리의 B+ 단자에 연결된 릴레이(20b)와, 이 릴레이(20b)를 통해 흐르는 전류의 흐름을 제어함과 더불어 컨트롤 유니트(4)에 연결된 트랜지스터(20c)로 구성되되, 상기 배터리의 B+ 단자와 릴레이(20b)사이에 다이오드(20a)가 구비되어진다.
따라서, 전술한 종래의 경우와 같이 와이퍼가 작동되지만 만약, 와이퍼 스위치의 작동 중 키스위치(1)를 전원에 오프 하게 되면 키스위치(1)의 릴레이(2)의 접점이 떨어지면서 동시에 서브통전수단(10)의 릴레이(10a)와 접점이 연결되어진다.
이에 따라, 키스위치(1)의 릴레이(2)와 접점이 연결된 서브통전수단(10)의 릴레이(10a)를 통해 배터리의 B+단자를 통해 배터리의 전원이 통전부(3)로 흐르게 되고, 이로 인해 와이퍼 모터는 지속적으로 작동되어 와이퍼 블레이드를 정 위치 즉, 유리 면을 벗어난 위치로 이동되어진다.
이후, 와이퍼 블레이드가 정 위치로 이동되어 지면 차단수단(20)의릴레이(20b)로 배터리의 B+단자를 통해 전류가 흐르게 되고, 이 릴레이(20b)로 흐르는 전류에 의해 트랜지스터(20c)에 연결된 컨트롤 유니트(4)의 전류흐름 상태가 변화되어 모터에 배터리의 전원이 차단되어지게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 키 스위치(1)의 시동을 오프 하여 IG단자를 통한 와이퍼의 전원을 차단하여도 배터리의 전원이 와이퍼 모터에 지속적으로 통전 되어 와이퍼 블레이드가 항상 정 위치인 유리 면을 벗어난 위치로 파깅 되므로 운전자의 시야 방해와 미관 저해를 발생하지 않는 효과가 있게된다.
또한, 와이퍼의 정지 위치에 따라 오픈이 결정되는 차량의 경우에도 후방 글래스의 오픈이 불가능하게 되는 문제를 제거할 수 있는 효과가 있게 됨은 물론이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 키스위치(1)의 IG단자에 연결된 릴레이(2)를 통해 작동되어 모터에 전원을 공급하는 통전부(3)와, 모터의 회전속도와 간격등을 와이퍼 스위치의 신호를 매개로 제어하는 컨트롤 유니트(4)로 구성되어진 차량용 와이퍼에 있어서,
    상기 키스위치(1)에 연결된 배터리의 B+단자에 키스위치(1)의 릴레이(2)와 통전부(3)사이에는 릴레이(2)에 의해 접점이 연결되는 서브통전수단(10)이 연결됨과 더불어 이 서브통전수단(10)의 전원을 차단하도록 컨트롤 유니트(4)로 연결되는 차단수단(20)이 구비되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 파킹회로를 구비한 차량용 와이퍼.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 서브통전수단(10)은 키스위치(1)에 연결된 릴레이(2)에 배터리의 B+전원을 통전부(3)로 연결시키는 릴레이(10a)와 배터리의 B+전원 사이에 병렬 연결된 제너다이오드(10b)로 이루어지는 반면, 상기 차단수단(20)은 배터리의 B+ 단자에 연결된 릴레이(20b)와, 이 릴레이(20b)를 통해 흐르는 전류의 흐름을 제어함과 더불어 컨트롤 유니트(4)에 연결된 트랜지스터(20c) 및 상기 배터리의 B+ 단자와 릴레이(20b)사이에 구비된 다이오드(20a)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 파킹회로를 구비한 차량용 와이퍼.
