Claims (3)
- 연속주조 및 반연속주조에 사용하는 주조장치중의 턴디시에 있어서,턴디시 몸체의 구성을 전기저항 발열체로 구성하여 턴디시 몸체(1)에 전기를 통전하므로써 자체 저항열을 발생하게 하여 턴디시 내의 용탕(3)의 온도를 적절하게 유지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기저항열을 이용한 동합금 및 무산소동 주조용 턴디시.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 턴디시 몸체(1)의 상부 및 하부에 턴디시 몸체(1)온도를 측정하는 제1열전대(4)와 턴디시 내의 용탕(3)의 온도를 측정하는 제2 열전대(4')가 형성되어, 상기 제1열전대(4)와 제2열전대(4')는 각각 조절기(10)에 측정된 온도의 신호를 보내어 조절기(10)로 하여금 전원(9)의 전압을 제어하도록 한 전기저항열을 이용한 동합금 및 무산소동 주조용 턴디시.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 턴디시 몸체(1)가 그래파이트(graphite)만으로 형성된 전기저항열을 이용한 동합금 및 무산소동 주조용 턴디시
