Description
Claims (16)
- 서로 대향하여 배치된 한 쌍의 기판과, 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재에 의하여 액정층이 사이에 형성되어 있으며,상기 한 쌍의 기판중, 한쪽 기판의 액정층측에 적어도 유기막과, 금속반사막과, 오버코트막과, 전극층과, 배향막이 적층되고,상기 유기막이 상기 기판의 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재 단부의 근방 영역에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 서로 대향하여 배치된 한 쌍의 기판과, 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재에 의하여 액정층이 사이에 형성되어 있으며,상기 한 쌍의 기판중, 한쪽 기판의 액정층측에 적어도 유기막과, 금속반사막과, 오버코트막과, 전극층과, 배향막이 적층되고,상기 유기막은 상기 기판의 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재의 내주측 단부보다 내측 영역에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유기막은 상기 기판의 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재의 내주측 단부보다 0 mm ~ 5 mm 내측 영역에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉재의 내주측 단부는, 상기 유기막과 기판이 형성하는 단차를 오버코트막이 덮음으로써 전극층 표면에 형성된 경사부로부터 외측으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 오버코트막은 상기 유기막의 단부를 덮어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,컬러필터는 상기 금속반사막상에 직접 형성되어 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 서로 대향하여 배치된 한 쌍의 기판과, 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재에 의하여 액정층이 사이에 형성되어 있으며,상기 한 쌍의 기판중, 한쪽 기판의 액정층측에 적어도 유기막과, 금속반사막과, 오버코트막과, 전극층과, 배향막이 적층되어 있으며,상기 유기막의 외주측 단부는 상기 기판 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재의 외주측 단부보다 외측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유기막은 상기 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재의 외주측 단부보다 0.5 mm ~ 3 mm 외측 영역에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉재는 상기 유기막과 기판이 형성하는 단차를 오버코트막이 덮음으로써 전극층 표면에 형성된 경사부보다 내측에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 오버코트막은 상기 금속반사막의 단면을 덮어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,컬러필터는 상기 금속반사막상에 직접 형성되어 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 서로 대향하여 배치된 한 쌍의 기판과, 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재에 의하여 액정층이 사이에 형성되어 있으며,상기 한 쌍의 기판중, 한쪽 기판의 액정층측에 적어도 유기막과, 금속반사막과, 오버코트막과, 전극층과, 배향막이 적층되어 있으며,유기막의 외주측 단부는, 상기 기판 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재의 외주측 단부보다 내측이며, 상기 밀봉재의 내주측 단부보다 외측인 범위에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 기판 테두리부에 형성된 밀봉재의 내주측 단부는 상기 기판상의 오버코트막에 의하여 평탄화된 평탄부에 배치되고, 상기 밀봉재의 외주측 단부는 상기 기판상의 상기 유기막 단부를 오버코트막이 덮은 부분에 형성되는 경사부상에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 유기막의 외단부는 상기 밀봉재의 외주측 단부보다 0.3 mm ~ 0.8 mm 내측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 오버코트막은 상기 금속반사막의 단면을 덮어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,컬러필터는 상기 금속반사막상에 직접 형성되어 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
