Claims (5)
- 제 1 기판;상기 제 1 기판 상에 형성되어 있으며 직교하는 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선;상기 게이트 배선 및 상기 데이터 배선과 연결되어 있는 박막트랜지스터;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선에 의해 정의되는 화소 영역에 형성되어 있으며 상기 박막트랜지스터와 연결되어 있고 빛을 반사시키는 화소 전극;상기 제 1 기판과 일정 간격 이격되어 있고 투명한 제 2 기판;상기 제 2 기판 안쪽면에 형성되어 있는 블랙매트릭스;상기 블랙매트릭스 하부에 형성되어 있는 칼라 필터;상기 칼라 필터 하부에 형성되어 있으며 상기 화소 전극과 함께 전계를 생성하는 투명 전극;상기 화소 전극과 상기 투명 전극 사이에 주입되어 있는 액정층을 포함하고,상기 제 1 기판의 투과도가 상기 제 2 기판의 투과도보다 낮은 반사형 액정 표시 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판은 플라스틱이나 유리 기판 중의 어느 하나로 이루어진 반사형 액정 표시 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판의 투과도가 90% 이하인 반사형 액정 표시 장치.
- 일정간격 이격되어 있는 제 1 및 제 2 기판과 상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판 사이에 발광 소자를 포함하며, 상기 발광 소자로부터 나온 빛이 상기 제 2 기판을 투과하는 평판 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판의 투과도가 상기 제 2 기판의 투과도보다 낮은 평판 표시 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 발광 소자는 전계 발광 소자(electroluminescence device)인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시 장치.
