Claims (2)
- 외주연에 다수의 관통 구멍(11)을 가지는 다공성 금속관(10), 및다공성 금속관(10)의 내외주연에 동시에 도포된 내외 합성수지층(20,21)으로 구성하고,상기 내외 합성수지층(20, 21)은 상호 다수의 관통 구멍(11)을 통해 일체로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층관.
- 압출기의 헤드에 결합되는 압출헤드(30)를 구비하고;압출헤드(30)는 외주연에 다수의 관통 구멍(11)을 가지는 다공성 금속관(10)이 삽입 안내되는 안내공(31)을 가지며 압출기의 용융 합성수지가 배출되는 배출로(32)와 관통되는 가이드 부시(33)와,가이드 부시(33)의 안내공(31)과 동축으로 위치되어 외경이 금속관(10)의 직경보다 작아 금속관(10) 내부에 일정 두께의 합성수지층(20)을 이루도록 두께를 조정하는 코어(34)와,상기 코어(34)가 수평을 유지하도록 일단이 코어(34)에 고정되고 압출기의 다공성 금속관(10) 주입 부분에 타단이 고정된 고정레버(40)를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다층관 제조장치.
