Claims (1)
- 4륜구동방식 또는 후륜구동방식의 자동차의 차축(액슬축)과 차체보디에 연결되어서 바퀴(타이어)에 발생되는 충격을 흡수하여 추진축(propeller shaft)에 가해지는 충격력을 최소화시키는 토크 로드(torque rod)에 있어서,소정의 길이를 가지고, 양단에 엔드조립체(20)가 조립되어지는 링형상의 조립부(11)가 형성되어 있는 로드(10)와;상기 로드(10)의 조립부(11)에 압압 삽입되는 파이프(22)가 가황접착(열융착)에 의해 외부로 감싸여져 있는 고무(rubber)(21)가 핀(26)의 일측 단부으로 형성되어 있고, 고무(21)가 형성되어 있는 단부 측면으로 조립부(11)의 내경부다 크고 조립부(11)로 부터 일정거리 이격되어지는 이탈방지플레이트(40)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기한 단부와 반대되는 핀(26)의 단부에는 차축(액슬축)(2) 또는 자체보디(3)에 너트(25) 조인할 수 있도록 볼트(23)가 가공 형성되어 있는 엔드조립체(20)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치의 토크 로드 구조.
