Claims (9)
- 복수의 채널을 형성하는 내화물 부재의 몇 개의 열로 이루어진 스택(stack)을 포함하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실에 있어서,상기 스택은,고온 가스가 흐르는 방향으로, 고온 가스 입구부에서 고온 가스를 빨리 냉각시키는 제1구역;분진을 생성하기 쉬운 화학종을 응축 및 트랩핑하는 제2구역 또는 중앙 구역; 및냉각된 가스 출구부에서 응축물을 배출하는 제3구역을 포함하고,적어도 2개의 인접한 열을 포함하며 상기 중앙 구역을 구성하는 열로 이루어지는 스택킹된 내화물 부재로 된 열의 채널은 제1과 제3구역의 채널의 돌출된 표면 적보다 20% 더 적은 돌출된 표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1구역을 구성하는 상기 스택킹된 내화물 부재는 장애물의 특징을 이루는 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실.
- 제1항에 있어서,중앙 구역은, 가스의 흐름을 방해하기 위해서 하나의 열부터 다음열까지 내화물 부재가 어긋나 있는 열로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실.
- 제1항에 있어서,중앙 구역의 절반을 초과하는 열이 중앙 구역의 전체 돌출된 표면적을 감소시키는데 기여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중앙 구역의 채널은 방향의 변화를 적어도 한번 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실.
- 제1항에 있어서,제3구역의 채널은 적어도 중앙 구역의 채널만큼 큰 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실.
- 제1항에 있어서,중앙 구역의 열을 구성하고 평활한 연도 가스와 접촉되도록 되어 있는 내화물 부재의 표면은 실질적으로 평활한 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스택킹된 내화물 부재는 십자형 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조 용 노의 축열실.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스택킹된 내화물 부재는 전기 용융된 내화물로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제조용 노의 축열실.
