Claims (16)
- 비피복 섬유부에 소정의 가공이 실시되지 않은 섬유의 비피복 섬유부에 대하여 소정의 가공이 실시된 특수 섬유가 복수 가닥 정렬되어 이루어지고, 또한 그 일부에는 길이 2∼300 ㎜의 리본부가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리본 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특수 섬유는 렌즈식 섬유, TEC 섬유, 금속화 섬유, 이종 섬유를 융착한 섬유, 그레이팅 섬유 중 어느 하나인 것인 리본 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리본부는 위치 결정 수단을 구비하는 것인 리본 섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리본부는 위치 결정 수단을 구비하는 것인 리본 섬유.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 위치 결정 수단은 요철로 형성되어 있는 것인 리본 섬유.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 요철은 규칙적인 피치로, 또는 불연속적으로 배치된 것인 리본 섬유.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 요철의 형상은 톱니형 또는 곡선형의 파형인 것인 리본 섬유.
- 비피복 섬유부에 소정의 가공이 실시되지 않은 섬유의 비피복 섬유부에 대하여 소정의 가공이 실시된 특수 섬유를, 피치 폭이 정확하게, 또한 소정 가공부의 길이 방향 위치가 소정의 정밀도가 되도록 조정하면서 복수 가닥 정렬시킨 후, 그 일부를 접착제로 고착, 피복시킴으로써 리본부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리본 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 비피복 섬유부에 소정의 가공이 실시되지 않은 섬유의 비피복 섬유부에 대하여 소정의 가공이 실시된 특수 섬유를, 리본화하기 위한 리본화용 홈을 구비한 상형과 하형으로 이루어진 리본화용 지그를 이용하여, 상기 하형의 리본화용 홈의 양단에 마련된 V 홈부에 상기 특수 섬유를, 피치 폭이 정확하게, 또한 소정 가공부의 길이 방향 위치가 소정의 정밀도가 되도록 조정하면서 복수 가닥 정렬시킨 후, 상기 상형과 하형의 리본화용 홈으로 형성된 주형 안에 접착제를 유입, 경화시키고, 상기 하형 및 상형을 분리하여 리본부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리본 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 특수 섬유는 렌즈식 섬유, TEC 섬유, 금속화 섬유, 이종 섬유를 융착한 섬유, 그레이팅 섬유 중 어느 하나인 것인 리본 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 특수 섬유는 렌즈식 섬유, TEC 섬유, 금속화 섬유, 이종 섬유를 융착한 섬유, 그레이팅 섬유 중 어느 하나인 것인 리본 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소정 가공부의 길이 방향의 위치 조정 시에, 접착제를 특수 섬유끼리 접촉하는 부위에 도포하는 것인 리본 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 점도가 10000 cP 이하인 것인 리본 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 점도가 10000 cP 이하인 것인 리본 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지인 것인 리본 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 리본 섬유로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 어레이.
