Claims (33)
- 하기 화학식을 가진 지질을 함유하는 리포좀 조성물:(식 중, R1및 R2각각은 탄소수 약 8 내지 약 24의 알킬 또는 알케닐 사슬이고; n = 1-20 이고; L 은 (i) -X-(C=O)-Y-CH2-, (ii) -X-(C=O)-, 및 (iii) -X-CH2- (식 중, X 및 Y 는 산소, NH, 및 직접 결합으로부터 독립적으로 선택된다)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; Z 는 약 4.0 초과 내지 약 7.4 미만의 pK를 가지는 약 염기성 부분이다).
