Claims (2)
- 철근(10)과 철근(10)을 연결하여 길이를 연장하도록 하는 철근결합구조에 있어서,선단중앙에 철근삽입홈(111)이 형성된 헤드(110)가 형성되고 후단에는 나사부(120)를 형성한 한쌍의 죠인트샤프트(100)와,상기 한쌍의 죠인트샤프트(100)의 나사부(120)를 연결체결하는 죠인트너트(200)로 구성한 철근연결구를 구성하여서,상기 죠인트샤프트(100)의 헤드(110)에 형성된 철근삽입홈(111)에 철근(10)단부를 삽입하고 죠인트샤프트(100)의 헤드(110)를 유,공압으로 작동하는 철근결합장치로 강제압착하여 철근(10)의 리브(11)와 리브(11) 사이사이의 공간에 절곡되는 죠인트샤프트(100)의 헤드(110)내면이 체결되도록 하여 각각의 철근(10)단부에 죠인트샤프트(100)를 결합한다음,이들 죠인트샤프트(100)의 후단에 형성된 각각의 나사부(120)를 죠인트너트(200)로 나사체결하여서 철근(10)들이 연결되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 철근연결구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 죠인트샤프트(100)의 헤드(110)를 유,공압의 힘으로 압착하는 철근연결장치는,통상의 프레스와 같이 유,공압에 의해 상,하작동하는 싱크선단과 다이상면에 압착돌부(21)(31)를 형성한 상,하부금형(20)(30)을 설치하고,상기 상,하부금형(20)(30)전방에는 리브삽입홈(41)이 형성된 위치조정블럭(40)을 설치하여서, 위치조정블럭(40)의 리브삽입홈(41)에 철근(10)의 리브(11)를 결합하면 철근(10)의 리브(11)와 리브(11)사이에 상,하부금형(20)(30)이 위치토록하여 죠인트샤프트(100)의 헤드(110)를 압착할시 압착되는 죠인트샤프트(100)의 헤드(110)내면이 철근(10)의 리브(11)와 리브(11)사이사이의 공간에 정확하게 압착되도록 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 철근연결장치.
