Claims (17)
- (a) 금속-기저 분말과 적어도 하나의 합금 분말의 혼합물을 공급하고;(b) 최초 블렌드를 만들기 위해 용매 없이 고체이고, 연화온도가 150 ℃ 이하인 저용융점(low melting) 고분자 또는 왁스로서 적어도 한 방향이 50 마이크론 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 결합제를 상기 금속-기저 분말 및 상기 적어도 하나의 합금 분말과 블렌딩하고;(c) 상기 금속-기저 분말과 상기 적어도 하나의 합금 분말이 상기 결합제에 의해 결합되도록 상기 최초 블렌드의 온도를 적어도 50 ℃, 그러나 상기 결합제의 녹는점 이하의 온도로 상승시키고; 그리고(d) 야금 분말 조성물을 형성하도록 상기 혼합 분말 조성물의 온도를 상온으로 낮추는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 야금 분말 조성물의 총 중량에 대하여 상기 금속-기저 분말이 적어도 80 중량%, 상기 합금 분말이 약 0.25∼4 중량%, 상기 결합제는 약 0.25∼2 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 응집-저항성(segregation-resistance) 및 가루날림-저항성(dust-resistance)을 갖는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 폴리에스테르, 에폭시, 우레탄, 파라핀 왁스, 에틸렌 비스스테아라미드(ethylene bisstearamide) 또는 목화씨 왁스(cotton seed wax)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 약 4,000 이하의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 적어도 90 중량%의 철-기저 분말을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 결합제는 약 2,000 이하의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 야금 분말 조성물이 약 0.25∼2 중량%의 폴리에틸렌 결합제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 중량 평균 분자량이 3,000 이하인 고체의 저용융점 폴리올레핀 또는 고체 식물 오일 또는 이들의 수소경화(hydrogenated) 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 평균 입자 크기가 적어도 한 방향으로 0.01∼50 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 평균 입자 크기가 적어도 한 방향으로 0.01∼20 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 평균 입자 크기가 적어도 한 방향으로 0.01∼50 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 평균 입자 크기가 적어도 한 방향으로 0.01∼20 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 평균 입자 크기가 적어도 한 방향으로 0.01∼50 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 평균 입자 크기가 적어도 한 방향으로 0.01∼20 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 평균 입자 크기가 적어도 한 방향으로 0.01∼50 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 평균 입자 크기가 적어도 한 방향으로 0.01∼20 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 폴리에스테르, 에폭시, 우레탄, 파라핀 왁스, 목화씨 오일, 중량 평균 분자량이 약 4,000 이하인 폴리에틸렌, 중량 평균 분자량이 약 3,000 이하인 폴리올레핀, 고체 식물 오일, 고체 식물 오일의 수소경화(hydrogenated) 유도체, 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 고분자 또는 왁스를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 분자량이 약 100,000 이하인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금 분말 혼합물의 제조방법.
