Claims (9)
- DC/DC 컨버터(1;20)에 있어서,유도성 전기적 에너지 저장 수단(L)과,스위칭 수단(S1-S4)과,제어 수단(6;15)을 포함하되,상기 제어 수단(6;15)은 바람직한 출력 전압(Vout)을 제공하기 위해 상기 에너지 저장 수단(L)으로부터의 소정량의 전기적 에너지를 상기 DC/DC 컨버터(1;20)의 출력으로 전달하기 위하여 상기 스위칭 수단(S1-S4)을 선택적으로 동작시키도록 구성되며,상기 에너지 저장 수단(L)을 사실상 충전 및 방전시키는 램프-업 스위칭 사이클 및 램프-다운 사이클을 포함하는 스위칭 시퀀스에 따라, 전기적 에너지를 전달하기 위하여 상기 스위칭 수단(S1-S4)을 동작 제어하도록 구성되는 디지털 제어 수단(6;15)을 특징으로 하는DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어 수단(6; 15)은 상기 출력 전압(Vout)을 기준 전압(Vref)과 비교하도록 구성되고, 상기 스위칭 수단(S1-S4)은 상기 출력 전압(Vout)이 상기 기준 전압(Vref) 이하인 경우에 램프-업 스위칭 사이클을 다음 스위칭 사이클로서 이용하고 상기 출력 전압(Vout)이 상기 기준 전압(Vref)보다 높은 경우에 램프-다운 스위칭 사이클을 다음 스위칭 사이클로서 이용하도록 제어되는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어 수단(6; 15)은 펄스 폭 변조(PWM) 모드 스위칭 사이클로 상기 출력 전압(Vout)을 제어하도록 구성되는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 수단(S1-S4)은 상기 에너지 저장 수단의 충전 시간을 상기 에너지 저장 수단의 충전 시간과 방전 시간의 합으로 나눈 것에 의해 규정되는 듀티 사이클에 따라 제어되며, 램프-업 스위칭 사이클 동안 상기 듀티 사이클은 증가되고 램프-다운 사이클 동안 상기 듀티 사이클은 감소되는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 듀티 사이클은 상기 에너지 저장 수단(L)의 충전 시간을 증가시킴으로써 증가되고 상기 에너지 저장 수단(L)의 방전 시간을 증가시킴으로써 감소되는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제어 수단(6;15)은 상기 에너지 저장 수단(L)의 충전 시간과 방전 시간의 합을 일정하게 유지하면서 상기 듀티 사이클을 증가 및 감소시키도록 구성되는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,복수의 출력들을 가질 수 있는, DC/DC 업-컨버터, DC/DC 다운-컨버터, DC/DC 업/다운 컨버터, DC/DC 인버팅 컨버터, 포지티브 및 네가티브 출력을 갖는 DC/DC 컨버터를 포함하는 그룹중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항 내지 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 DC/DC 컨버터(1;20)를 포함하는 전원(14)으로서, 입력 터미널(2, 3)로 입력 전압(Vin)을 수신하고 상기 전원(14)의 출력 터미널(4, 5)로 제어된 출력 전압(Vout)을 제공하도록 구성된 전원(14).
- 제 1 항 내지 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 DC/DC 컨버터(1;20)를 포함하는 전자 장치.
