Claims (3)
- 리튬폴리머 이차전지에 사용되는 전극 또는 상기 전극의 제조시 발생되는 스크랩을, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌 및 아세톤과 같은 유기용매에 침적시켜 상기 전극 및 스크랩에 부착된 고분자 물질을 제거시킴을 특징으로 하는 전극코팅용 고분자물질의 제거방법.
- 리튬폴리머 이차전지에 사용되는 양극산화물(Co3O4)을 회수하는 방법에 있어서,고분자 물질로 코팅된 LiCoO2페이스트를 환류장치를 이용하여 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌 및 아세톤등의 유기용매로서 상기 LiCoO2에 코팅된 고분자 물질을 제거시키는 단계와;고분자물질이 제거된 분말을 산성용액에 넣어 LiCoO2를 용해시키는 단계와;NH4Cl과 NH4OH를 첨가하여 생성되는 침전물을 900℃에서 6시간 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되어 순도가 99% 이상인 양극산화물(Co3O4)을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 양극산화물의 회수방법.
- 리튬폴리머 이차전지에 사용되는 양극산화물(Co3O4)을 회수하는 방법에 있어서,양극을 이루는 알루미늄집전체에 고분자 물질로 코팅된 LiCoO2가 도포된 전극을 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌 및 아세톤과 같은 유기용매로서 고분자 물질을 제거시키는 단계와;고분자 물질이 제거된 알루미늄집전체와 분말을 분리하는 단계와;상기 분말을 산성용액에 넣어 LiCoO2를 용해시키는 단계와;NH4Cl과 NH4OH를 첨가하여 생성되는 침전물을 900℃에서 6시간 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되어 순도가 99% 이상인 양극산화물(Co3O4)을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 양극산화물의 회수방법.
