Claims (5)
- 입력신호를 그대로 유지시키기 위한 선형경로와, 왜곡신호를 발생하기 위한 비선형경로로 분리하는 디바이더,상기 선형경로와 비선형경로간의 신호 크기 및 위상오차를 구하기 위해 상기 두 입력신호를 합산하는 브랜치-라인 결합기,브랜치-라인 결합기의 출력단에 구성되어 선형경로의 신호와 비선형경로의 신호를 더해주는 콤바이너,상기 브랜치-라인 결합기의 두 입력신호와 상기 콤바이너의 출력신호로부터 선형경로와 비선형경로간의 크기오차를 검출하고, 상기 브랜치-라인 결합기의 두 입력신호와 그 출력신호로부터 선형경로와 비선형경로간의 위상오차를 검출하여 비선형경로에 따른 신호의 크기 및 위상을 변화시키기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어신호 생성부,상기 제어신호 생성부의 제어신호를 받아 상기 선형경로의 신호와 비선형 경로의 신호의 크기를 동일하게, 위상은 180°차가 생기도록 조절하는 가변감쇠기 및 가변위상 변위기를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선왜곡 방식 전력증폭기용 능동 왜곡신호 발생회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어신호 생성부는 RF신호의 전력 검출을 위한 전력검출기와 제어전압을 생성하기 위한 오피 앰프(OP-AMP)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선왜곡 방식 전력증폭기용 능동 왜곡신호 발생회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디바이더에 의해 분리된 선형경로의 신호는 제 1 신호감쇠기와 선형증폭기를 거쳐 상기 브랜차 라인 결합기로 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선왜곡 방식 전력증폭기용 능동 왜곡신호 발생회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다바이더에 의해 분리된 비선형경로의 신호는 비선형증폭기와 제 2 신호감쇠기와 상기 가변감쇠기 및 가변위상 변위기를 통해 상기 브랜치-라인 결합기로 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선왜곡 방식 전력증폭기용 능동 왜곡신호 발생회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어신호 발생부는 상기 브랜치-라인 결합기의 두 입력신호와 상기 콤바이너의 출력신호를 비교하여 그 차에 상응하는 크기오차를 검출하고, 상기 브랜치-라인 결합기의 두 입력신호와 그 출력신호중 임의의 한 신호를 비교하여 그 차에 상응하는 위상오차를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선왜곡 방식 전력증폭기용 능동 왜곡신호 발생회로.
