Claims (3)
- 메인 소스와 그 위에 얹어진 상태로 사용되는 보조 소스를 그 필수 구성요소로 하여 이루어지는 진공 증착소스(vacuum evaporation source)에 있어서, 상기 메인 소스(1)가 보론을 포함하여 이루어지는 보론 화합물(boride)이며, 그 양 끝단이 전극(2, 4)에 결합되어 통전되고 발열하는 보트(boat) 형태이고, 그 위에 상기 메인 소스보다 작은 크기를 갖는 또 하나의 내열 재료를 보조 소스(17, 23, 25)로서 포함해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 보라이드 소스(boride source)
- 보론(boron) 화합물로 이루어진 보라이드 소스(1)의 양 끝단을 전극(2, 4)에 결합하는 단계와, 상기 전극을 통해 전류를 공급하여 상기 소스(1)를 발열시키는 단계, 상기 발열된 소스 위에 증착물질(evaporant 5)을 공급하여 녹이고 증발시키는 단계를 필수 단계로 포함하는 보라이드 소스의 사용 방법에 있어서, 상기 연속적으로 공급되는 와이어 형태의 증착물질(5)이 이미 발열된 소스와 접촉해서 녹는 지점(7)에 상기 메인 소?1)보다 작은 크기의 내열 재료(17, 23, 25)를 두어 상기 내열 재료(17, 23, 25) 위에서 증착물질(5)이 녹아내릴 수 있도록 상기 보라이드 소스 위에 보조 소스(17, 23, 25)를 결합해 사용함을 특징으로 하는 보라이드 소스의 사용 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 보조 소스(17, 23, 25)의 선저항 값이 메인 소스(1)의선저항 값보다 작은 내열 물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 보라이드 소스
