Description
Claims (6)
- 대상물의 표면에 광택 및 연마를 위하여 외경면이 대상물과 접촉되어 회전마찰되도록 둥근 띠형상으로 형성되는 사포;상기 사포의 내경면을 공기의 압력으로 가압하여 상기 사포를 비접착식으로 탈부착이 가능하도록 고정시키는 동시에 사포에 가해지는 충격이 완화되도록 탄성재질로 형성되며, 상기 사포의 내경면에 외주면이 접촉되어 내부에 공기가 충만되는 중공부의 공기 압력에 따라 외주면의 크기가 변형되는 휠모양의 튜브; 및상기 튜브의 중공부를 밀폐시키도록 상기 튜브의 중심 내경면에 밀착 고정되고, 상기 중공부에 공기가 유입되도록 공기통로가 형성되며, 상기 공기통로를 선택적으로 단속시키는 공기압조절구가 형성되고, 중심부에 회전축이 삽입되도록 중심홀이 형성되는 회전지지수단;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리용 연마휠.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 튜브는,상기 중공부의 공기압이 약할 때, 상기 외경면이 불룩해지고, 상기 중공부의 공기압이 중간일 때, 상기 외경면이 평평해지고, 상기 중공부의 공기압이 강할 때, 상기 외경면의 오목해지도록, 그 단면 형상이 밀폐된 몸체부분의 양 모서리에 돌출된 양귀부분이 형성되는 전체적으로 "π"형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리용 연마휠.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 튜브는,외경면에서부터 최상층까지 접착층, 충격흡수용 완충고무층, 쿠션형성용 연질직물층, 구조용 경질직물층의 순서로 적층되는 외피가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리용 연마휠.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전지지수단은,중심부에 회전축이 삽입되는 중심홀이 형성되고, 내부에 상기 공기통로가 형성되며, 일측면에 상기 공기통로와 연결되는 공기압조절구가 설치되고, 상기 튜브의 중공부에 밀봉 삽입되는 단일(엔지니어링 플라스틱재질) 또는 이중(플라스틱재질 내부에 금속심이 박힌 재질)재질의 원판형 보빈; 및상기 튜브를 밀봉시키도록 상기 튜브와 밀착되고, 상기 보빈에 나사조립되어 상기 튜브를 가압하는 금속(알루미늄합금)재질의 납작한 링형 고정휠;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리용 연마휠.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 보빈의 좌우측면에 각각 상기 튜브의 내측에 형성되는 밀봉돌기와 맞물림되는 밀봉홈이 형성되고, 상기 튜브의 좌우측면에 각각 상기 고정휠의 밀봉돌기와 맞물림되는 밀봉홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리용 연마휠.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 고정휠과 보빈에 나사조립되는 나사는 나사머리가 외측으로 돌출되지 않도록 나사머리홈에 나사머리가 함몰되는 나사머리 함몰식 나사인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리용 연마휠.
