Claims (13)
- (A)합성 수지에 대하여, (B)(b1)하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인산염 화합물 또는 (b2)하기 화학식 3과 하기 화학식 4로 각각 표시되는 인산염 화합물의 조합, 및 (C)드립핑 방지제를 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.[화학식 1](식 중, n은 1∼100의 정수이고, X1은 [R1R2N(CH2)mNR3R4], 피페라진 또는 피페라진링을 포함하는 디아민이고, R1, R2, R3및 R4은 각각 H 내지 탄소수가 1∼5인 직쇄 또는 분기의 알킬기이고, R1, R2, R3및 R4은 동일기여도 되고 달라도 되며; m은 1∼10인 정수이고, 또한 식 중 Y1은 암모늄 또는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 트리아진 유도체이며; 단지, O<p≤n+2, O<q≤n+2, O<p+q≤n+2)[화학식 2](식 중, Z1및 Z2는 동일하여도 달라도 되고, -NR5R6기 [여기서, R5및 R6은 동일 또는 다른 H 내지는 탄소수 1∼6인 직쇄 또는 분기의 알킬기나 메틸올기], 수산기, 메르캅토기, 탄소수 1∼10인 직쇄 또는 분기의 알킬기, 탄소수 1∼10인 직쇄 또는 분기의 알콕실기, 페닐기 및 비닐기로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 기이다)[화학식 3](식 중, X1, p 및 n은 상기 화학식 1에서 나타낸 것과 동일하다)[화학식 4](식 중, Y1, q 및 n은 상기 화학식 1에서 나타낸 것과 동일하다)
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)합성 수지 100질량부에 대하여, 상기 (B)인산염 화합물을 5∼7O질량부 및 (C)드립핑 방지제를 0.O5∼5질량부 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)합성 수지 100질량부에 대하여, 상기 (B)인산염 화합물을 10∼50질량부 및 (C)드립핑 방지제를 0.O5∼5질량부 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)합성 수지 100질량부에 대하여, 상기 (B)인산염 화합물을 15∼40질량부 및 (C)드립핑 방지제를 0.O5∼5질량부 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (b2)에 있어서의 화학식3으로 표시되는 인산염 화합물과 화학식 4로 표시되는 인산염 화합물과의 배합 질량비율이, 화학식 3으로 표시되는 인산염 화합물/화학식 4로 표시되는 인산염 화합물=40/6O∼80/20인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (b2)에 있어서의 화학식 3으로 표시되는 인산염 화합물과 화학식 4로 표시되는 인산염 화합물과의 배합 질량비율이, 화학식 3으로 표시되는 인산염 화합물/화학식 4로 표시되는 인산염 화합물=50/5O∼70/30인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (A)합성 수지가 폴리올레핀계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, (A)상기 폴리올레핀계 수지가 폴리프로필렌계 수지 또는 폴리에틸렌계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (b2)인산염 화합물이, 상기 화학식 3에 있어서의 p가 1이고 X1이 피페라진인 폴리인산피페라진염과, 상기 화학식 4에 있어서의 q가 2이고 Y1가 멜라민(Z1과 Z2가 -NH2임)인 폴리인산멜라민염과의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리인산피페라진염이 피로인산피페라진인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리인산멜라민염이 피로인산멜라민인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (C)드립핑 방지제가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이산화규소 또는 금속 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 합성 수지 조성물.
