Claims (20)
- 분석 성분 분리 구역을 구비한 허브 상에 장착되는 캐루젤(carousel)을 포함하는 유체 분석용 디바이스로서,상기 캐루젤은 상기 유체 분석용 디바이스에 다중 구조를 제공하도록 상기 허브에 대하여 회전 가능하며, 상기 캐루젤은 상기 디바이스의 제1 구조에서는 연통되지 않는 복수의 챔버를 구비하고, 제1 챔버는 상기 디바이스의 제2 구조에서 상기 분리 구역을 통하여 하나 이상의 다른 챔버와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 구조에서 제2 챔버가 상기 분리 구역을 통하여 하나 이상의 다른 챔버와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제4 구조에서 제3 챔버가 상기 분리 구역을 통하여 하나 이상의 다른 챔버와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 분석용 디바이스는 자동화된 유체 분석을 위하여 구동 수단과 함께 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 유체는 혈액, 혈액 성분 및 소변을 포함하는 체액인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 구역은 상기 허브 내의 횡단 채널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 채널은 상기 허브의 종축선에 대하여 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 구역은 크로마토그래피 분리 구역인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제8항 있어서, 상기 채널은 크로마토 그래피 분리 작용을 하는 필터 재료 또는 결합 유지 재료에 의하여 적어도 부분적으로 봉쇄되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 필터 수단 또는 결합 유지 수단은,프릿(frit)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 챔버는 상기 허브에 대하여 방사상으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 연통 챔버는 상기 허브에 대하여 대각선 방향으로 서로 대향하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 챔버 내에 배치되며, 개방 가능한 포트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 챔버는 광학 재료이거나 광학 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 캐루젤과 허브는,상이한 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 챔버는,밀봉부가 분리 가능하게 봉합되어 있는 하나 이상의 구멍을 구비하여 기밀되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부를 파열시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 디바이스.
- 상기 디바이스의 제2 구조에서 상기 분리 구역을 통한 유체의 흐름이 중력에 의하여 촉진되도록, 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 특허 청구된 유체 분석용 디바이스를 수직방향으로 장착하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 장치.
- 제18항 있어서, 유체의 분석 성분을 분석하는 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석용 장치.
- 선행 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 특허 청구된 디바이스 또는 장치를 사용하는 것을 포함하는 유체 분석 방법으로서,(a) 제1 구조에서 제1 챔버 내의 분석 대상 유체를 상기 분석 디바이스의 분석 시약과 접촉시키는 단계와;(b) 상기 캐루젤을 상기 디바이스의 제2 구조로 회전시키는 단계와;(c) 하나 이상의 다른 챔버에 분석 대상 성분을 수집하는 단계와;(d) 상기 성분을 분석하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분석 방법.
