Claims (3)
- 길이방향으로 연장된 스틸 바와, 상기 스틸 바와 동일 재질로서 상대적으로 작은 직경을 갖는 스틸 로드와, 상기 스틸 로드보다 작은 직경을 갖는 스틸 와이어가 3차원의 폐다각형과 같은 삼각 트러스 형상으로 절곡성형된 다수의 연결 엘리먼트로 이루어져 있되, 서로 이간되게 배열된 상기 스틸 바와 상기 스틸 로드의 안쪽에 상기 연결 엘리먼트들이 길이방향으로 일정 간격을 유지하도록 다수로 용접 시공된 고강도 철선을 갖는 격자지보에 있어서,상기 스틸 바(10)와 상기 스틸 로드(20, 30)와 상기 연결 엘리먼트(40)의 원주표면에는 높은 인장강도와 철근에 대한 넓은 접촉면적을 제공할 수 있도록 돌기부(11, 21, 31, 41)와 홈부(12, 22, 32, 42)가 냉간 압연 가공에 의해서 길이방향을 따라 주기적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 철선을 갖는 격자지보.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스틸 바(10)와 상기 스틸 로드(20, 30)와 상기 연결 엘리먼트(40)는 텅스텐 카바이드 롤(50, 60, 70)을 채택한 냉간 압연 제작설비에 의해 제조되는 이형 철선(deformed wire)과 돌기형 철선(ribbed wire)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 철선을 갖는 격자지보.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 스틸 바(10)는 직경 30φ에서 32φ이고, 상기 스틸 로드(20, 30)는 직경 20φ에서 22φ이며, 상기 연결 엘리먼트(40)는 10φ에서 12φ이며, 각각 용접특수 압연강재, 용접구조용 저탄소강, 철근콘크리트용 봉강의 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 철선을 갖는 격자지보.
