Abstract

개시된 알루미늄 증착 테이프는 양면에 코로나 처리된 합성수지 필름과 이 합성수지 필름의 양면에 증착된 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄증착층 및 이 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층 중 어느 일면에 도포된 점착제층을 포함한다. 이와 같은 구성의 알루미늄 증착 테이프는, 얇고 인장력이 좋고 유연성이 높아 잘 찢어지지 않고 부착성이 좋다. 또한, 이형제가 필요없기 때문에 작업효율을 향상시키고, 쓰레기를 줄일 수 있으며, 내열성이 높아 각종 냉·난방 공사와 건축공사 등에서 다양한 용도로 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

Description

알루미늄 증착 테이프{Adhesive tape evaporated by aluminium}
본 고안은 알루미늄 증착 테이프에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 냉·난방 공사 등 각종 공사에서 다양한 용도로 사용되는 알루미늄 증착 테이프에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 알루미늄박 테이프는 내열성이 좋아 냉·난방 공사 시 단열 피복용으로 사용되거나, 닥트 공사에 사용되는 함석이나 알루미늄의 이음새를 감거나 붙여서 이음새 사이에 때가 묻고 녹이 발생하는 것을 방지해주는 역할로 주로 사용된다. 그 외에도 알루미늄박 테이프는 알루미늄 판넬공사, 주방기구 공사, 파이프배관 보온 및 스텐레스 제품 공사에도 사용되고 있다.
상기와 같은 용도로 사용되는 종래의 알루미늄박 테이프의 일례가 도 1 및 도 2에 도시되어 있다.
도 1 및 도 2는 종래의 알루미늄박 테이프의 개략적인 사시도와 단면도를 도시한 도면이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 알루미늄박(11)을 기재로 일면에 점착제를 도포하여 점착제층(13)을 형성한 다음, 알루미늄박(11)이 인접하지 않은 점착제층(13)에 이형지(12)가 부착되어 압착 권취되어 있다.
그런데, 이러한 종래의 알루미늄박 테이프(20)는 알루미늄박(11)이 쉽게 찢어지기 때문에, 이형지(12)를 사용해야 한다. 이러한 이유때문에 알루미늄박 테이프 자체의 부피가 커지고 작업자가 일일이 이형지를 제거해서 사용해야 하므로 작업효율이 떨어지는 문제점을 가지고 있다.
본 고안은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창출된 것으로서, 인장력이 좋아 잘 찢어지지 않고, 이형지가 필요없기 때문에 테이프 자체의 부피를 줄이고, 작업 효율을 높여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 개선된 알루미늄 증착 테이프를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 양면에 코로나 처리된 합성수지 필름과 상기 합성수지 필름의 양면에 증착된 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층 중 어느 일면에 도포된 점착제층을 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 합성수지 필름층은 폴리프로필렌필름과 폴리에틸렌필름 중 어느 하나로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층 중 상기 점착제층과 접촉하는 어느 하나의 알루미늄 증착층에는 그 점착제층의 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 배면처리를 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 점착제층은 아크릴계 점착제와 고무계 점착제 중 어느 하나로 형성될 수 있다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안에 따른 알루미늄 증착 테이프의 구성 및 작용을 보다 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
도 3 및 도 4는 본 고안에 따른 알루미늄 증착 테이프를 나타낸 사시도와 단면도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 본 고안에 따른 알루미늄 증착 테이프(40)는 도 1에 도시된 알루미늄박 테이프(20)와 비교하여, 이형지(12)가 제거되어져 권취되어 있다.
본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 알루미늄증착 테이프는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 폴리프로필렌필름이나 폴리에틸렌필름과 같은 합성수지 필름(31)과, 이 합성수지 필름(31)의 양면에 각각 알루미늄을 증착시킨 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층(32a, 32b)과, 제 2 알루미늄 증착층(32b)에 도포된 점착제층(33)을 포함한다.
이와 같은 구성의 알루미늄 증착 테이프는 폴리프로필렌필름이나 폴리에틸렌필름과 같은 합성수지 필름(31)을 기재로 하고, 이 합성수지 필름(31)의 양면에 각각 코로나 처리를 하여, 알루미늄의 증착성을 향상시킨다.
코로나 처리가 된 합성수지 필름의 양면에는 진공관을 이용한 증착작업을 통해 약 1㎛의 두께로 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층(32a, 32b)이 형성된다.
합성수지 필름(31)과 접촉하지 않은 제 2 알루미늄증착층(32b)의 일면에는, 점착제를 도포하기 전에 풀림성을 양호하게 하기 위하여, 점착제의 이탈을 방지할 수 있는 배면처리를 한 후 점착제를 도포하여 점착제층(33)을 형성한다.
여기서, 점착제는 아크릴이나 고무계열의 점착제를 사용하며, 도포두께는 약 20㎛의 두께로 도포한다.
알루미늄 증착 테이프(40)는 합성수지 필름(31)의 양쪽면에 알루미늄을 증착시킨 후 그 한쪽 면에 점착제를 도포한 후 건조공정을 거치고, 주름이 발생되지 않도록 권취된다.
권취된 알루미늄 증착 테이프(40)는 숙성 작업을 통해 장기 보관시에도 변형을 방지되도록 하며, 마지막으로 절단작업을 통해 적당한 크기로 완성된다.
이러한 제작 공정을 거친 알루미늄 증착 테이프(40)는 내열성이 좋은 폴리프로필렌필름이나 폴리에틸렌필름과 같은 합성수지 필름의 양쪽면에 알루미늄을 증착시켰기 때문에, 인장력이 좋아 잘 찢어지지 않고, 이형지가 필요하지 않기 때문에작업능률을 향상시킬 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 합성수지 필름 양면에 알루미늄을 증착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 본 고안의 알루미늄 증착 테이프는 다음과 같은 효과를 제공한다.
첫째, 얇고 인장력이 좋고 유연성이 높기 때문에 잘 찢어지지 않고 부착성이 좋으며,
둘째, 이형지가 필요없어 작업 효율을 높여 생산성을 향상시키고, 부피와 쓰레기를 줄일 수 있으며,
셋째, 내열성이 높아 각종 냉·난방 공사와 건축공사 등에서 다양한 용도로 유용하게 사용할 수 있으며,
넷째, 가격이 저렴하여 경제적이다.
본 고안은 상기 설명되고 도면에 예시된 것에 의해 한정되는 것은 아니며 다음에 기재되는 청구의 범위 내에서 더 많은 변형 및 변용예가 가능한 것임은 물론이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 양면에 코로나 처리된 합성수지 필름과;
    상기 합성수지 필름의 양면에 증착된 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층; 및
    상기 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층 중 어느 일면에 도포된 점착제층이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 테이프.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 합성수지 필름층은 폴리프로필렌필름과 폴리에틸렌필름 중 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 테이프.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 및 제 2 알루미늄 증착층 중 상기 점착제층과 접촉하는 어느 하나의 알루미늄 증착층에는 그 점착제층의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 배면처리가 된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 테이프.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 점착제층은 아크릴계 점착제와 고무계 점착제 중 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 테이프.
