Claims (1)
- 양단 중앙에 연료 유입용 니플(2)과 연료 유출용 니플(2')을 장착한 원통형 본체(1)의 상기 유출용 니플(2')쪽 내벽에 내장할 세라믹 입자 지지겸 연료 여과용 스텐레스스틸 필터판(4')을 장착하고, 상기 본체(1)내부 전체에는 8∼10mm크기의 게르마늄 볼을 고온에서 소성한 산화 게르마늄(GeO2)볼로된 원적외선 방사체(5)를 꽉차도록 채우되, 군데군데마다 네오디뮴(Nd)으로 된 3500∼4500가우스의 자력을 띠는 다수개의 도너츠형 Nd자석판(3)(3')(3")...을 그 자석들의 NS극이 모두 동일방향으로 설치되도록 하면서 유입구에서 유출구쪽으로 갈수록 강한 자력을 갖는 자석판을 장착하고, 상기 자석들의 중앙공(9)(9')(9")에도 상기 산화 게르마늄 볼로된 원적외선 방사체(5)를 꽉 차도록 채운 다음, 상기 연료 유입용 니플(2)이 장착된 절감기 마개(7)의 내측에는 약간의 유격을 두고 그 마개와 가장 근접한 도너츠형 Nd자석판(3)을 지지하면서 유입니플(2)을 통하여 유입되는 연료를 여과하기 위한 상기 스텐레스스틸 필터판(4')과 동일한 필터판(4)을 장착한 후 스텐레스스틸 스프링(6)이 내측에 고정된 절감기 마개(7)를 나사부(8)에 의해 본체(1)에 결합하여 상기 스프링(6)에 의해 상기 필터판(4)을 탄지하도록한 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 연료 절감기.
