Claims (5)
- 침구재(140)와;소정간격으로 이격되는 한쌍의 동사(119) 전극(111, 112)과, 상기 양 전극(111, 112) 사이에 연결되며 광물질섬유사(115)의 외면에 탄소 콜로이드 용액이 1회에 0.5㎛ 내지 5㎛의 두께로 코팅되어 형성되는 복수의 발열선(113), 그리고 상기 전극을 절연시키는 절연재(18)을 포함하여 구성되어 상기 침구재에 내장되는 카본발열체(110); 및상기 카본발열체(110)의 상기 전극(111, 112)에 인가되는 전력을 제어함으로써 발열량을 제어할 수 있는 제어기(120);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열식 전기침구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 카본발열체(110)에는 상기 복수의 발열선(113)과 상호 그물망을 이루도록 연결되고 광물질섬유사(115)로 이루어지는 보조선(114)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열식 전기침구.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 발열선(113) 및 보조선(114)의 외면은 실리콘, 폴리아크릴, 폴리우레탄으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 하나에 의해 100㎛ 내지 1000㎛의 두께로 더 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열식 전기침구.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카본발열체(110)의 두께는 0.5mm 내지 5mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 온열식 전기침구.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,섬유사(115)는 셀룰로스계 섬유사, 단백질계 섬유사, 광물질계 섬유사, 유기질섬유사, 반합성섬유사, 합성섬유사, 무기질섬유사 또는 바잘트섬유사로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 온열식 전기침구.
