Abstract

본 고안은 건물의 천정판, 벽판 및 바닥판등으로 사용되는 건축용 황토판재의 보강재에 관한 것으로 내구성, 형태안정성 및 칫수안정성을 가짐과 아울러서 흡수성, 흡열성 및 흡음성 그리고 원적외선방출성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 금속판재로 된 바닥부분(12), 측벽부분(14)및 상부테두리(16)를 포함하고, 바닥부분(12)에는 여러 개의 개구부(10)를 형성시켜서 황토를 주성분으로 하는 충전물(18)의 일부가 외부로 노출되도록 한 건축용 황토판재의 보강재임.

Description

건축용 황토판재의 보강재{A REINFORCEMENTS OF MUD BOARD FOR CONSTRUCTION}
본 고안을 건물의 천정판, 벽판 및 바닥판 등으로 사용되는 건축용 황토판재의 보강재의 관한 것이다.
종래의 황토판재는 구조적 강도가 낮아서 운반하거나 취급할 때 쉽게 파손되거나 훼손되는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안의 목적은 구조적강도, 형태안정성 및 칫수안정성이 우수하면서도 흡수성, 흡열성 과 흡음성 그리고 원적외선방출성능이 우수한 건축용 황토판재의 보강재를 제공하는데 있다.

본 고안을 예시도면에 의하여 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 금속판재로 이루어진 것인바, 도1~도3에 예시한 바와 같이 여러 개의 개구부(10)를 가진 바닥부분(12)과, 이 바닥부분(12)의 가장자리에서 수직방향으로 연장된 측벽부분(14)과, 이 측벽부분(14)으로 부터 상기 바닥부분(12)과 동일한 수평방향으로 즉, 내측방향으로 연장된 상부테두리(16)로 되어 있어서 그 내부에 황토를 주성분으로하는 충전물(18)을 내장시켜 줄 수 있도록 되어 있다.
상기 바닥부분(12)에 있는 개구부(10)들 사이에는 내장되는 충전물(18)의 이탈과 균열이 발생하는 것을 방지해주기 위한 "T"자형 돌기(20)들이 형성되어 있다.
상기"T"자형 돌기(20)는 상기 바닥부분(12)을 부분적으로 펀칭한 후 세워지도록 절곡시켜 만들어 줄 수도 있고, 바닥부분(12)에 용접된 돌기로 만들어 줄 수도 있는데 충전물(18)의 노출면적을 증대시켜주고 제조공정을 단순화시켜 제조비용을 절감시켜 주기 위해서는 도2에 예시한 바와 같이 바닥부분(12)을 펀칭하고 절곡시켜주는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고 바닥부분(12)의 가장자리와 상부테두리(16)에는 나사못과 같은 고정수단이 박혀지는 고정안내구멍(22)이 형성되어 있다. 이와 같은 본 고안은 황토를 주성분으로 하는 충전물(18)이 바닥부분(12)과 측벽부분(14)그리고 상부테두리(16)로 감싸여진 것이어서 우수한 구조적 강도와 형태안정성 그리고 칫수안정성을 갖게된다.
그리고 바닥부분(12)에 형성된 여러개의 개구부(10)를 통해서 황토를 주성분으로 하는 충전물(18)의 일부가 노출되는 것이어서 우수한 흡수성과 흡열성 그리고흡음성을 갖게하고 원적외선이 방출되게 한다.
또 바닥부분(12)에 있는 "T"자형 돌기(20)에 의해서 충전물(18)의 이탈이나 균열을 효과적으로 방지해 주게 된다.
본 고안은 황토를 주성분으로 하는 충전물(18)을 금속으로 이루어진 바닥부분(12), 측벽부분(14)및 상부테두리(16)로 감쌀 수 있도록 된 것이어서 구조적 강도와 내구성이 매우 우수하고, 바닥부분(12)에 있는 개구부(10)를 통해서 우수한 흡수성, 흡열성 및 흡음성 그리고 원적외선방출성능을 발휘하게 되어서 실내환경을 보다 쾌적하고 자연친화적으로 만들어 줄 수 있는 등의 장점이 있다.

  1. 금속판재로 된 바닥부분(12)과, 이 바닥부분(12)의 가장자리에서 수직방향으로 연장된 측벽부분(14)과, 이 측벽부분(14)으로 부터 내측으로 연장된 상부테두리(16)를 포함하고, 상기 바닥부분(12)에는 여러개의 개구부(18)가 형성되어있으며, 상기 개구부(18)들 사이에는 상기 바닥부분(12)으로 부터 세워진 "T"자형 돌기(20)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 바닥부분(12)과 상부테두리(16)에는 고정안내구멍(22)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 황토판재의 보강재.
