Claims (3)
- 파이프케이싱의 내부에 2개의 관로가 상하로 나란하게 배열되고, 파이프케이싱과 각 관로 사이의 공간에 보온재가 충전된 이중배관의 각 관로를 단속하기 위한 단열 볼밸브로서,상기 이중배관의 파이프케이싱과 동일한 지름을 가지며, 몸체의 중간에서 상방으로 연장된 제1,2의 분기관을 갖는 관상의 합성수지제 케이싱;상기 이중배관의 상부 관로에 연결되는 파이프상의 엔드피스를 양단에 각각 가지고 상기 케이싱에 수용되어 밸브스템이 상기 케이싱의 제1분기관을 통해 외부로 돌출되며, 상기 각 엔드피스의 중간부가 수평방향의 어느 한쪽으로 2중 절곡된 제1볼밸브;상기 이중배관의 하부 관로에 연결되는 파이프상의 엔드피스를 양단에 각각 가지고 상기 케이싱에 수용되어 밸브스템이 상기 케이싱의 제2분기관을 통해 외부로 돌출되며, 상기 각 엔드피스의 중간부가 상기 제1볼밸브의 엔드피스와 반대쪽 수평방향으로 2중 절곡된 제2볼밸브;상기 케이싱과 제1 및 제2볼밸브 사이의 공간에 충전되는 보온재;상기 제1 및 제2볼밸브의 주위에 배치되는 누수감지와이어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중배관용 단열 볼밸브조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2볼밸브가 유체의 흐름방향을 따라 간격을 두고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중배관용 단열 볼밸브조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2볼밸브가,밸브바디와, 일단이 상기 밸브바디의 내부로 각각 진입하도록 밸브바디의 양단에 각각 접합되고 중간부가 좌측 또는 우측으로 이중 절곡된 파이프상의 두 엔드피스와, 각 엔드피스의 대향단에 설치되는 밸브시트와, 유로구멍을 가지고 각 엔드피스 사이에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 유로를 개폐하는 볼과, 하단이 상기 밸브바디의 주면을 관통하여 상기 볼과 연결되는 밸브스템을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중배관용 단열 볼밸브조립체.
