Claims (4)
- 사출 성형기의 가열 대상면에 일면이 밀접하게 접촉되는 길이재의 열전도성 소재로서 관형태를 갖는 히트 파이프와;상기 히트 파이프의 외면에 용융 상태로 분사된 뒤 고열로 열처리되어 고체화된 절연 세라믹 내층과;상기 절연 세라믹 내층이 형성된 히트 파이프의 외주면에 나선형으로 권선되고 전기저항에 의해 발열을 하는 열선과;상기 열선의 외면에 용융상태로 분사된 뒤 고열로 열처리되어 고체화되며 열선을 공기와 차단하는 절연 세라믹 외층;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 히터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 히트 파이프는,외면에 나선홈을 형성하여, 이 나선홈에 절연 세라믹 내층과 열선과 절연 세라믹 외층이 순차적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 히터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 히트 파이프는 가열 대상물에 대응하는 형태의 설치홈을 형성하고 이 설치홈에 억지 끼움구조로 구비되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 히터.
- 길이재의 열전도성 소재로 구비되는 히트 파이프의 외면에 나선홈을 형성하는 단계와;상기 나선홈에 용융 상태로 세라믹 입자를 분사하고 이를 고열로 열처리하여 두께를 갖는 세라믹 고체층을 형성시키는 단계와;상기 세라믹층이 형성된 히트 파이프의 나선홈을 따라 전기저항에 의해 발열을 하는 열선을 권선하는 단계와;상기 열선이 권선된 히트 파이프의 나선홈에 용융상태로 세라믹 입자를 분사하고 이를 고열로 열처리하여 매립하는 세라믹 고체층을 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 히터성형 방법.
