Claims (9)
- 실록산수지 중간체(A1)를 양성용매(A2)에 용해시켜 실록산수지 양성용액(A)을 제조하고; 선형 폴리실록산(B), 금속 염화제(C), 및 산화주석계 축합 촉매(D)를 첨가하여 극미세 실록산 반응중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은:실록산수지 중간체(A1) 및 양성용매(A2)로 이루어진 실록산수지 양성용액(A)과 선형 폴리실록산(B)을 가열하여 실록산 수지 중간체와 선형 폴리실록산 입자를 점착시키는 단계;상기 단계의 반응 혼합물에 금속 염화제(C)를 첨가하고 가열하여 실록산 수지 중간체와 선형 폴리실록산의 실록산 사슬을 개환한 다음 가교시키는 단계; 및상기 단계의 반응 혼합물에 축합 촉매(D)를 첨가하여 축합반응시키는 단계:로 이루어지는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 축합반응 후 여과에 의하여 불순물을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 수지 중간체(A1)는 메틸실록산 수지, 또는 메틸페닐실록산 수지인 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양성용매(A2)는 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노부틸 에테르(C4H9OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OH) 또는 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노에틸 에테르 (C2H5OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OH)인 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선형 폴리실록산(B)은 디메틸폴리실록산, 메틸페닐폴리실록산, 디페닐폴리실록산, 실록산과 디페닐실록산의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 염화제(C)는 수산화 나트륨 수용액, 또는 수산화 칼륨 수용액이며, 축합 촉매(D)는 디부틸틴 옥사이드, 디부틸틴 디라우레이트, 디부틸틴 디카르복실레이트, 디부틸틴 비스머캅타이드, 및 스태너스 옥토에이트 중 하나 또는 둘 이상을 혼합하여 사용되는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따라 제조되는 1 내지 500㎚ 크기 입자의 극미세 실록산 반응중합체.
- 제7항의 극미세 실록산 반응중합체로부터 제조된 도료.
