Claims (1)
- 진공 펌프의 외부로 배출되는 오일과 공기의 배기 저항을 감소시키기 위하여 베인의 최대 돌출위치에서 진공 펌프의 배기구와 베인 사이에 베인의 중심점으로부터 소정의 각도 범위만큼 간극이 절취 형성된 진공 펌프에 있어서,상기 간극이, 기존의 각도 범위에 더하여 35°만큼 더 절취 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 노이즈 저감형 진공 펌프.
