Claims (9)
- 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 알긴산나트륨 및 폴리올을 함유하는 수용액을 이용하는 수화 겔의 제조방법에 있어서, 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 10 ∼ 40 중량%를 함유하는 수용액에 방사선을 조사하여 가교된 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 수화 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스가 치환도 0.5 ∼ 2.8 인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제조방법이 1) 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 및 증류수로 혼합된 페이스트를 포장재를 이용하여 포장하는 단계;2) 상기 포장된 페이스트 상에 방사선을 조사하여 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스를 가교시키는 단계;3) 상기 가교된 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스에 폴리올(polyol), 알긴산 나트륨, 및 물을 첨가한 수용액을 제조하는 단계; 및4) 상기 수용액을 고속 분산하고 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수화 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용액이 전체 중량에 대해, 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 3 ∼ 7 중량%, 알긴산나트륨 3 ∼ 10 중량%, 폴리올 10 ∼ 30 중량%를 함유하는 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조사된 방사선은 감마선 또는 전자선인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 방사선이 10 ∼ 70 kGy 조사된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올은 글리세린, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜, 헥실렌글리콜, 솔비톨, 만니톨 및 폴리프로필렌옥사이드로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올은 글리세린, 분자량 200∼600의 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 분자량 330∼630의 프로필렌글리콜에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 방사선을 조사하여 가교된 소듐 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 알긴산나트륨 및 폴리올을 함유하는 수용액을 이용하여 제 5 항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 수화 겔.
