Claims (18)
- ibpA및/또는ibpB유전자가 결핍된 박테리아.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대장균인 것을 특징으로 하는 박테리아.
- 제2항에 있어서,ibpAB유전자가 제거된 대장균 WIB101.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 목적 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 함유하는 박테리아.
- 제4항에 있어서, 분비신호서열을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박테리아.
- 미생물을 배양하여 목적 단백질을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제4항의 박테리아를 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적 단백질의 분비·생산방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 목적 단백질은 렙틴 (leptin) 또는 알칼라인 포스파타제 (alkaline phosphatase)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 박테리아는 분비신호서열을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 목적 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 함유하는 박테리아.
- 미생물 배양에 의해 불용성 봉입체 (inclusion body) 형태의 목적 단백질을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제13항의 박테리아를 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적 단백질의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 목적 단백질은 세포질 내에 축적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 수용성 형태로 생산되는 목적 단백질을 불용성 봉입체 형태로 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
