Claims (5)
- 리튬염과 비수용매를 포함하는 비수전해액으로서, 또한 실릴에스테르 화합물을 비수전해액 전체량의 0.1~10중량% 및 4불화붕산염을 비수전해액 전체량의 0.01중량% 이상 함유하도록 첨가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지용 비수전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실릴에스테르 화합물과 4불화붕산염의 중량비(4불화붕산염의 함유량/실릴에스테르 화합물의 함유량)가 0.05 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지용 비수전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실릴에스테르 화합물이 인산트리메틸실릴에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지용 비수전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4불화붕산염이 4불화붕산리튬인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지용 비수전해액.
- 리튬을 흡장·방출할 수 있는 부극, 정극 및 전해액을 포함하여 구성되고, 전해액이 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 비수전해액인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
