Claims (6)
- 바늘관의 선단부에 최초의 연삭면을 형성한 후, 적어도 2개 이상의 연삭면을 형성함으로써 바늘 끝이 설치된 주사 바늘에 있어서,상기 최초의 연삭면에 수직으로 교차하고, 상기 바늘관의 중심 축선을 포함하는 면을 중심면으로 한 경우에,상기 중심면 상에 바늘 끝이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사 바늘.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바늘 끝과 상기 중심면의 최단 거리가 상기 최초의 연삭면의 단축 방향의 최대 외경의 3 % 내지 20 %인 주사 바늘.
- 바늘관의 선단부에 3개의 연삭면에 의해 날면을 형성함으로써 바늘 끝이 설치된 주사 바늘에 있어서,상기 연삭면 중 상기 바늘 끝으로부터 가장 떨어진 연삭면을 제1 연삭면, 그 밖의 연삭면을 제2 연삭면 및 제3 연삭면이라 한 경우에,상기 제1 연삭면과 상기 바늘관의 중심 축선의 각도(α)와, 상기 제2 연삭면과 상기 바늘관의 중심 축선과의 각도(ø)와, 상기 제3 연삭면과 상기 바늘관의 중심 축선과의 각도(θ)가 α < ø, α < θ이며, ø ≠ θ의 관계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사 바늘.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 연삭면에 수직으로 교차하고, 상기 바늘관의 중심 축선을 포함하는 면을 중심면으로 한 경우에,상기 바늘 끝과 상기 중심면의 최단 거리가 상기 날면의 단축 방향의 최대 외경의 3 % 내지 20 %인 주사 바늘.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 연삭면의 중심 축선 방향의 길이 및 상기 제3 연삭면의 중심 축선 방향의 길이가 전체 연삭면의 중심 축선 방향의 길이에 대해 20 % 내지 80 %인 주사 바늘.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10 ㎜/분의 천자 속도로 두께 0.5 ㎜의 실리콘 고무 시트에 찔렀을 때, 천자 거리에 대한 하중의 초기치가 6 gf/ ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사 바늘.
