Claims (6)
- 급기 바이패스 제어장치(40)를 구비한 내연기관(1)에 있어서,외기를 흡입, 가압하여 내연기관(1)에 공급하는 압축기(21) 및 이 압축기(21)를 구동하는 배기 터빈(22)을 갖는 과급기(20);상기 압축기(21)의 출구 통로(3) 및 상기 배기 터빈(22)의 입구 통로(4)를 연통하는 연통로(23);이 연통로(23)에 설치된 개폐밸브(24);상기 내연기관(1)의 운전상태를 검출하는 운전상태 검출수단(13); 및상기 운전상태 검출수단(13)으로부터의 신호에 기초하여 상기 내연기관(1)의 운전상태를 저속, 고부하 영역에 있는 것으로 판단한 경우에 상기 개폐밸브(24)를 개방방향으로 개구시키는 개폐밸브 개방도 제어수단(30)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 급기 바이패스 제어장치를 구비한 내연기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐밸브(24)는 개방도를 조정할 수 있게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 급기 바이패스 제어장치를 구비한 내연기관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 운전상태 검출수단(13)은 상기 과급기(21)의 작동상태를 검출하는 과급기 작동상태 검출수단(13)이고,상기 개폐밸브 개방도 제어수단(30)은 상기 과급기 작동상태 검출수단(13)으로부터의 신호에 기초하여 상기 압축기(21)의 작동상태를 서징 영역 근방인 것으로 판단한 경우에 상기 개폐밸브(24)를 개방방향으로 개구시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 급기 바이패스 제어장치를 구비한 내연기관.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 운전상태 검출수단(13)은 상기 내연기관(1)으로의 연료분사량을 검출하는 연료분사량 검출수단(12); 및상기 내연기관(1)의 회전속도를 검출하는 내연기관 회전속도 검출수단(11)을 구비하고:상기 개폐밸브 개방도 제어수단(30)은 상기 연료분사량 검출수단(12)으로부터의 연료분사량 및 상기 내연기관 회전속도 검출수단(11)으로부터의 내연기관 회전속도에 기초하여 상기 내연기관(1)의 운전상태를 저속, 고부하 영역에 있는 것으로 판단한 경우, 또는, 상기 압축기(21)의 작동상태를 서징 영역 근방인 것으로 판단한 경우에 상기 개폐밸브(24)를 개방방향으로 개구시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 급기 바이패스 제어장치를 구비한 내연기관.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 운전상태 검출수단(13)은 상기 과급기(21)의 급기압을 검출하는 급기압 검출수단(14)과, 상기 과급기(21)의 급기 유량을 검출하는 급기 유량 검출수단(15)을 구비하고,상기 개폐밸브 개방도 제어수단(30)은 상기 급기압 검출수단(14)으로부터의 급기압 및 상기 급기 유량 검출수단(15)으로부터의 급기 유량에 기초하여 상기 내연기관(1)의 운전상태를 저속, 고부하 영역에 있는 것으로 판단한 경우, 또는, 상기 압축기(21)의 작동상태를 서징 영역 근방인 것으로 판단한 경우에 상기 개폐밸브(24)를 개방방향으로 개구시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 급기 바이패스 제어장치를 구비한 내연기관.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 운전상태 검출수단(13)은 상기 과급기(21)의 회전속도를 검출하는 과급기 회전속도 검출수단(16)과, 상기 과급기(21)의 급기 유량을 검출하는 급기 유량 검출수단(15)을 구비하고,상기 개폐밸브 개방도 제어수단(30)은 상기 과급기 회전속도 검출수단(16)으로부터의 과급기 회전속도 및 상기 급기 유량 검출수단(15)으로부터의 급기 유량에 기초하여 상기 내연기관(1)의 운전상태를 저속, 고부하 영역에 있는 것으로 판단한 경우, 또는, 상기 압축기(21)의 작동상태를 서징 영역 근방인 것으로 판단한 경우에 상기 개폐밸브(24)를 개방방향으로 개구시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 급기 바이패스 제어장치를 구비한 내연기관.
