Description
Claims (10)
- 기계 방향 및 폭 방향을 갖는 웨브 기재를 절첩하기 위한 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템에 있어서,소정의 위치에 배치되고, 상기 웨브 기재의 상기 기계 방향과 일치하는 종축을 갖는 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기와,상기 웨브 기재가 상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기와 접촉하기 전에 상기 웨브 기재의 특성을 측정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기의 상기 위치는 상기 웨브 기재가 상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기와 접촉하기 전에 상기 웨브 기재의 상기 특성의 값에 응답하여 조절될 수 있는 것을 추가로 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 웨브 기재의 상기 특성을 측정하기 위한 상기 적어도 하나의 센서는,상기 웨브 기재가 상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기와 접촉하기 전에 상기 웨브 기재 내의 제1 힘을 측정하기 위한 제1 힘 측정 센서와,상기 웨브 기재가 상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기와 접촉하기 전에 상기 웨브 기재 내의 제2 힘을 측정하기 위한 제2 힘 측정 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 힘 측정 센서와 상기 제2 힘 측정 센서는 상기 웨브 기재의 상기 폭 방향으로 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 힘과 상기 제2 힘은 비교되어 합성력을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기의 상기 위치는 상기 합성력의 크기와 관련하여 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성력은 상기 웨브 기재 내의 장력의 비교 측정값인 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 웨브 기재의 상기 특성은 장력, 불투명도, 두께, 전단, 평량, 데니어, 연신율, 공기 유동, 응력, 변형율, 탄성 계수, 마찰 계수, 표면 마무리 RMS, 항복 강도, 색상, 강성, 굽힘 계수, 온도, 유전 상수, 정전하, 물리적 조성 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기는 상기 종축에 대해 비스듬하게 배치되어 이들 사이에 각도를 형성하며 상기 끼인각을 변화시키도록 이동 가능한 에지를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기는 절첩 보드, 절첩 플라우, 절첩 레일, 고트 혼, 램 혼, 턴 바아, 절첩 성형기, 절첩 핑거 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조절 가능한 절첩 우회기는 연속적으로 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 가능한 웨브 절첩 시스템.
