Claims (7)
- 실린더 내부에 직선 왕복 운동하면서 냉매를 압축시키는 피스톤과,상기 피스톤 내부에 중공의 소음관이 삽입되도록 설치된 머플러와,상기 피스톤과 소음관 사이에 상기 피스톤과 같이 직선 왕복 운동할 수 있도록 설치되어 상기 피스톤 내부에 소음을 저감시키는 공간이 형성되도록 하는 실링부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 소음저감구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤은 일단이 개방된 원통형상으로 형성되고,상기 실링부재는 외경이 상기 피스톤의 내경에 밀착되도록 설치됨과 아울러 내경이 상기 소음관의 외경으로부터 소정의 간격을 유지하도록 설치되는 링 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 소음저감구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 실링부재는 외경이 반경방향으로 돌출되도록 단차지게 형성된 체결부가 상기 피스톤의 일단에 스크루 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 소음저감구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 실링부재는 상기 소음관과 소정의 간격을 유지하면서 상기 소음관을 감싸도록 상기 소음관의 길이 방향으로 길게 형성된 원통형의 유로 가이드가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 소음저감구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤은 일단이 개방된 원통형상으로 형성되고,상기 실링부재는 외경이 상기 피스톤의 일단에 걸림되도록 설치됨과 아울러 내경이 상기 소음관의 외경으로부터 소정의 간격을 유지하도록 설치되는 링 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 소음저감구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 실링부재는 상기 피스톤의 일단에 고정되는 고정부재에 의해 외경이 상기 피스톤의 반경방향으로 소정간격 유동될 수 있도록 지지되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 소음저감구조.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 실링부재는 외경과 상기 피스톤 내경 사이에 설치된 탄성 지지부재에 의해 반경방향으로 지지되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 소음저감구조.
