Claims (7)
- 방전 전극(3)과 대향 전극(4) 사이에 펄스파형이 변형된 고전압을 인가하여 스트리머 방전을 발생시킴으로써 방전 영역(5)에 존재하는 정화 대상물을 살균하여 정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방전 영역(5)을 통과하는 정화 대상물(7)에 대해서는 상기 방전 영역(5)의 하류측에서 여과를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정화방법.
- 방전 전극(3) 및 대향 전극(4)과, 이들 전극(3,4) 사이에 스트리머 방전을 발생시키는 펄스 파형이 변형된 고전압을 인가하는 고전압 인가수단(9)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방전 영역(5)을 통과하는 상기 정화 대상물(7)의 여과를 행하는 필터(10)를 상기 방전 영역(5)의 하류측에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고전압 인가수단(9)은 상기 방전 영역(5)을 통과하는 상기 정화 대상물(7)의 통과시간 내에 1회이상, 펄스 파형이 변형된 고전압을 인가하는 주파수로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고전압 인가수단(9)은 펄스 파형이 변형된 고전압을 극소 펄스 폭으로 인가하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고전압 인가수단(9)은 음의 펄스 파형의 고전압을 인가하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정화장치.
