Claims (27)
- 환자(P)에 연결 가능한 제 1 라인(10) 및 제 2 라인(12);이에 연결된, 상기 제 1 라인(10)과 제 2 라인(12) 사이에 위치한, 체액에 대한 불투과성 조사 유니트(14); 및상기 제 1 라인(10) 및/또는 제 2 라인(12)에 위치한 체액에 대한 하나 이상의 조정가능한 공급 유니트(16)를 포함하고,이 때, 상기 제 1 라인(10)은 환자(P)로부터 나온 체액이 지속적으로 순환하고 체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14)로 향하도록 설계되고, 상기 제 2 라인은 조사된 체액이 환자(P)에게 지속적으로 순환하도록 설계되고, 체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14)는 430nm 초과, 바람직하게는 450 내지 530nm 파장의 전자기 방사선을 방출하는 조사 원을 포함하고,상기 체액에 대한 하나 이상의 공급 유니트(16)에 의해 상기 라인(10, 12) 및 체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14)를 통과하는 체액의 유동을 조정할 수 있게 되는,빌리루빈을 함유하는 환자(P)의 체액의 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,빌리루빈의 수용성 광이성질체의 제거를 위한 광이성질체-제거 유니트(18)가 제 2 라인(12)에 위치하는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,비여과부 및 여과부를 포함하고;상기 비여과부로의 유체 공급 입구(22)는 환자에 연결 가능한 제 3 라인(24)에 연결되고, 상기 비여과부로부터의 유체 배출 출구(26)는 환자에 연결 가능한 제 4 라인(27)에 연결되고, 상기 여과부로부터의 유체 배출 출구(28)는 제 1 라인(10)에 연결되고, 상기 여과부로의 유체 공급 입구(29)는 제 2 라인(12)에 연결됨으로써, 하나 이상의 필터 재료에 의해 비여과부가 여과부로부터 분리되는,필터(20)를 추가로 포함하는,체외 조사 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,흡착제(30)가 체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14) 전에 제 1 라인(10)에 위치하는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14)가 조사 원 및 부분적으로 반투명한 유동 저장소를 포함하는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조사 원의 조사 강도가 4㎼/(㎠nm)를 초과하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,광이성질체-제거 유니트(18)가 흡착제, 혈액 필터 및/또는 투석기로 구성되는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,부분적으로 반투명한 유동 저장소가 유동 큐벳인, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,체액에 대한 공급 유니트(16)가 펌프인, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,체액이 혈액 또는 혈장인, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 1 라인(10), 제 2 라인(12), 제 3 라인(24) 및 제 4 라인(27);이에 연결된, 상기 제 1 라인(10)과 제 2 라인(12) 사이에 위치한, 체액에 대한 불투과성 조사 유니트(14);상기 제 1 라인(10) 및/또는 제 2 라인(12)에 위치한 체액에 대한 하나 이상의 조정가능한 공급 유니트(16), 및 상기 제 3 라인(24) 및/또는 제 4 라인(27)에 위치한 체액에 대한 하나 이상의 조정가능한 공급 유니트(16); 및투석기(20)를 포함하고,상기 투석기의 투과부는 제 1 라인(10) 및 제 2 라인(12)에 연결되고, 투석기의 투석부는 환자(P)에 연결 가능한 제 3 라인(24)을 통해 투석기 입구(22)에 연결되고 환자(P)에 연결 가능한 제 4 라인(27)을 통해 투석기 출구(26)에 연결되고,상기 체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14)가 430nm 초과, 바람직하게는 450 내지 530nm 파장의 전자기 방사선을 방출하는 조사 원을 포함하고,상기 체액에 대한 공급 유니트(16)에 의해 상기 라인(10, 12, 13, 24) 및 체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14)를 통과하는 유체 유동을 조정할 수 있게 되는,빌리루빈을 함유하는 유체의 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,빌리루빈의 수용성 광이성질체의 제거를 위한 광이성질체-제거 유니트(18)가 제 2 라인(12)에 위치하는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,흡착제(30)가 체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14) 전에 제 1 라인(10)에 위치하는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14)가 광이성질체-제거 유니트(18) 전에 제 4 라인(27)에위치하는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,체액에 대한 조사 유니트(14)가 조사 원 및 부분적으로 반투명한 유동 저장소를 포함하는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조사 강도가 4㎼/(㎠nm)를 초과하는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,광이성질체-제거 유니트(18)가 흡착제, 혈액 필터 및/또는 투석기로 구성되는, 체외 조사 장치.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,부분적으로 반투명한 유동 저장소가 유동 큐벳인, 체외 조사 장치.

- 환자(P)에 연결 가능한 제 1 라인(10) 및 제 2 라인(12); 및 이들 제 1 라인(10)과 제 2 라인(12) 사이에 위치한 불투과성 유동 저장소를 포함하고,430nm 초과, 바람직하게는 450 내지 530nm 파장의 전자기 방사선에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 반투명한,제 1 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 빌리루빈을 함유하는 유체의 체외 조사 장치의, 도관 시스템.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,부분적으로 반투명한 유동 저장소가 유동 큐벳인, 도관 시스템.
- 인공 간 시스템과 조합된, 제 1 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치의 용도.
- 간부전 환자(P)의 치료를 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치의 용도.
- 빌리루빈을 함유하는 체액이 지속적으로 환자로부터 나와 체외 조사에 노출되고,체액에 함유된 빌리루빈이 빌리루빈보다 큰 수용성을 나타내는 광이성질체 생성물로 전환되고,생성된 광이성질체 생성물을 함유하는 조사된 체액이 환자(P)에게 되돌아가는,환자(P)의 빌리루빈 수치의 감소 방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,430nm 이상, 바람직하게는 450 내지 530nm 파장의 전자기 방사선으로 조사되는 방법.
- 제 25 항 또는 제 26 항에 있어서,조사 강도가 4㎼/(㎠nm)를 초과하는 방법.
