Description
Claims (9)
- 반응기를 통한 단일 통과에서의 염화수소의 전환율이 15∼90%로 제한되는, 불균질 촉매의 존재하에서 염화수소와 산소의 반응에 의한 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미반응 염화수소의 일부 또는 전부를 재순환시키는 것인 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 통과에서의 염화수소 전환율은 20∼80%로 제한되는 것인 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 통과에서의 염화수소 전환율은 25∼70%로 제한되는 것인 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 통과에서의 염화수소 전환율은 30∼60%로 제한되는 것인 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 사용한 불균질 촉매는 도핑 또는 미도핑 처리된 지지 루테늄 촉매인 것인 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 재순환된 염화수소의 비율은 촉매의 작동 시간중에 점진적으로 증가되는 것인 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 반응은 직렬로 연결된 2∼10 개의 반응기를 사용하여 수행되는 것인 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산소의 유입은 다수의 반응기에 대하여 분할되는 것인 염소의 연속 제조 방법.
