Claims (2)
- 탐침 팁이 음향 창과 위상 어레이 변환기와 상기 변환기 어레이를 회전시키는 모터를 포함하는 멀티플레인 초음파 탐침에 있어서,상기 음향 창과 상기 변환기 사이의 유동성 막, 그리고 상기 유동성 막과 상기 음향 창에 대해 상기 변환기를 누르는 스프링 수단을 포함하여 음향 커플링 및 슬라이딩 베어링 효과를 동시에 얻는멀티플레인 초음파 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유동성 막에 연결되는 확장 용적을 포함하는 멀티플레인 초음파 탐침.
