Claims (2)
- A-실의 내측에 초크가 결합되는 마그네트론에 있어서,상기 초크의 상단부에 수평방향으로 절곡된 플랜지부의 단부에는 수직방향으로 절곡되며 A-실의 A-세라믹접합부 내측에 삽입되어 접합시 유동 발생을 방지하기 위한 수직걸림부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 초크 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수직걸림부는 상기 플랜지부의 단부를 따라 일체로 절곡 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 초크구조.
