Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 복수개의 1차 입자가 응집하여 2차 입자를 형성하고, 상기 2차 입자의 단면에 있어서 상기 1차 입자끼리가 결합하고 있는 길이가 상기 1차 입자의 상기 단면에서의 전체 주위의 길이에 대하여 10 내지 70% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료.
- 복수개의 1차 입자가 응집하여 2차 입자를 형성하고, 상기 2차 입자 내의 상기 1차 입자의 60% 이상이 그 c축 방위의 결정방위가 20도 이내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료.
- 복수개의 1차 입자가 응집하여 2차 입자를 형성하고, 상기 2차 입자의 공극율이 2.5 내지 35% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 2차 입자가 Li, Ni, Mn 및 Co를 함유하는 층구조를 가지는 결정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 2차 입자가 LiaMnxNiyCozO2로 표시되고,1 ≤a ≤1.2, 0 ≤x ≤0.65, 0.35 ≤y < 0.5, 0 ≤z ≤0.65 및 x + y + z = 1인 복합 산화물의 층구조를 가지는 결정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 1차 입자의 평균 입자지름이 0.2 내지 10㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료.
- Li, Ni, Mn 및 Co를 함유하는 원료분말을 950 내지 1100℃에서 소결한 후, 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 원료분말은 탄산리튬, 산화니켈, 이산화망간 및 산화코발트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료의 제조방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서,상기 원료분말을 스프레이드라이어에 의해 제립 및 건조시킨 후, 상기 소결을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 양극 재료를 가지는 양극과, 음극과, 비수 전해액을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
