Description
Claims (12)
- 라만 이득 특성을 갖는 광섬유와;입력단과 출력단이 서로 비대칭인 DBR(Distributed Bragg Reflector) 격자를 이용한 레이저 발진으로 상기 광섬유에 펌핑광을 공급하며, 상기 광섬유에 의해 라만 증폭된 신호광을 증폭하는 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입력단과 출력단이 서로 비대칭인 DBR(Distributed Bragg Reflector) 격자는상기 레이저의 입력단에서의 광출력이 출력단에서의 광출력보다 적어도 10:1의 파워(power) 비를 갖도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 레이저의 입력단에서의 광파워는100mW 이상임을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유에 공급되는 펌핑광은전송 신호광의 파장대역보다 적어도 70nm이상 짧은 파장대역을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유는라만이득을 얻을 수 있는 광섬유임을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유는단일모드 광섬유임을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 입력단과 출력단이 서로 비대칭인 격자구조이며, 라만 이득 특성을 갖는 광섬유와;DBR(Distributed Bragg Reflector) 격자를 이용한 레이저 발진으로 상기 광섬유에 의해 라만 증폭된 신호광을 증폭하는 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 입력단과 출력단이 서로 비대칭인 광섬유의 격자는상기 레이저의 입력단에서의 광출력이 출력단에서의 광출력보다 적어도 10:1의 파워(power) 비를 갖도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 레이저의 입력 파워는100mW 이상임을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유에 공급되는 펌핑광은전송 신호광의 파장대역보다 적어도 70nm이상 짧은 파장대역을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유는라만이득을 얻을 수 있는 광섬유임을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유는단일모드 광섬유임을 특징으로 하는 라만 증폭원리를 이용한 이득 고정 반도체 광증폭기.
