Claims (8)
- 기록시에 저장매체의 입사면을 통해 입사하는 포커싱된 방사빔을 사용하여 재기록 가능한 기록을 하고,- 상기 매체의 일측면에 설치된 기판과,- 상변화형 기록층을 구비하고, 상기 입사면으로부터 가장 멀리 떨어진 위치에 존재하는 제 1 기록 적층체와,- 상기 제 1 기록 적층체보다 상기 입사면에 가깝게 존재하는 상변화형 기록층과 상기 방사빔에 대해 투명한 금속 반사층을 구비하는 적어도 한 개 이상의 기록 적층체와,- 상기 기록 적층체들 사이에서, 상기 포커싱된 레이저광 빔의 초점 심도보다 큰 두께를 갖는 투명 스페이서층을 구비한 다중 적층체 광 데이터 저장매체에 있어서,상기 금속 반사층은, 주로 Cu 원소로 이루어지고, 2 내지 10nm 범위로부터 선택된 두께값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속 반사층의 두께값은, 6 내지 8nm의 범위로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 금속 반사층은, 제 1 기록 적층체에 최근접한 상기 추가의 기록 적층체의 기록층의 일측면에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,추가의 금속 반사층은, 제 1 기록 적층체에서, 상기 추가의 기록 적층체로부터 가장 먼 제 1 기록 적층체의 기록층의 일측면에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 추가의 금속 반사층은 주로 Cu원소로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 또는 추가의 기록 적층체의 기록층은, 비화학양론적 조성물을 함유하는 Al2O3, SiC, Si3N4, MgO, ZnO 및 AlN으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물을 포함하는 적어도 한 개의 추가층과 접하여 있고, 상기 추가층의 두께는 최대 10nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기록층은, Sb 및 Te 원소로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 다중 적층체 및 고속 데이터 전송속도의 기록을 위한 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광 데이터 저장매체의 용도.
